They were able to replace the screen within 15-20 minutes and it cost about $220. This is very reasonable and better than paying for a new phone. The staff were friendly and did a fantastic job with the replacement. The phone looks brand new! I strongly advise calling the store ahead of time to make sure they have the correct model and color of replacement screen for your phone BEFORE walking in. I needed a screen for a gold S7 and they didn't have it in stock when I initially went it. But they took my number so they could call me when the screen came in. Lucky for me, they had a delivery later that day and called to let me know it was in. They replaced the screen without issue and it looks as good as new. I do have to mention that it appears they use screens from used phones. When the screen has a white background, I can see an imprint of an error message in the upper left hand corner of the screen. It is probably an error message from a previous phone that was burned into the screen. While it isn't apparent on backgrounds other than white, or even to other people, it is still there. Overall, I'm happy to overlook that small imperfection in order to have an intact screen for a fraction of the replacement cost.

Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed.
