If I could give Kevin Jih five stars, I would! My computer was extremely slow and then denied me access to my own documents. Went to Geek Squad and they advised it was beyond their capability. I stumbled on Kevin's shop on my way home. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand, as well as my options to fix it. The next day I picked up what is essentially a new, much improved computer. He replaced my hard drive and installed the most current version of Windows, while retaining all of my documents. Called on a Saturday and discussed what was happening with my computer. Tech said to bring it in and he'd check it right away. I couldn't go then, so I went on Tuesday @ noon. Left the computer with instructions to call. I got the call @ 1:15 and agreed with the quote. He said it would be ready by 2: p.m. I was shocked. Been going to Kevin, PC MAX for a few years.......he always seems to fix me and if its not worth it.....he will tell you. One drawback, I'm not computer savvy and he just installed a new hard drive in and didn't tell me that I had to reload alot of things which I have difficulty doing,.. He did the same thing to my neighbor. AND, my fan no longer works in my computer which I will be addressing to him soon read more
