Didn't care about me as a customer, took $300 and all I have is a laptop that won't work, my laptop flew all over the country always powered up. After one day here for a hard drive upgrade it now won't power - good thing I had hard drive backed up. They could care less about my business or referrals. used to be top-rate. now can't get a callback, let alone a fix. computer crashed and transfer of data resulted in mixed up and lost info. recommended an external drive when i've got both apple and onedrive backups... that being the case, why was my outlook data mismatched and no one interested in getting it back in order. read more

A waste of time! My laptop was not getting to the welcome screen, so I took it to these guys - I had high hopes because of what I read about them. I was told that they'll diagnose it within 24 hours and let me know what the issue is and cost to fix it. I took it in around 12pm on Thursday. I waited all day the next day to hear from them, but they didn't call. I called them around 4pm on Friday and they said that they wouldn't be able to diagnose it until Monday (even though they are open on Saturday). I reminded them that they told me yesterday that at least the diagnosis will be done within 24 hours and they just brushed it off by saying they didn't get to it yet, no apologies, no pleas for understanding, etc. I was not happy with this kind of customer service or lack of simple courtesy. There was no guarantee that they wouldn't keep up this unprofessional act, so I told them that I'll be coming to get the laptop, which I did. I had to take it some where else for repairs. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE. The Computer Emergency Room will not do anything but steal money that they do not deserve. I brought my laptop into be fixed because the charging port wasn't working. They called me back 5 DAYS later to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and that I needed to buy a new charging adaptor. Seeing as I did this before I brought the computer in, I went to exchange the new charger at Best Buy and brought it the computer with me. The people at Best Buy tried to connect my computer 3 TIME TO 3 DIFFERENT CHARGERS AND NONE OF THEM WORKED. They went to their geek squad and they sad that the port is broken. If the Computer Emergency guys are so specialized in computers, how come they couldn't diagnose my computer properly. I think it is ridiculous that they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me and still charged me! They don't know anything about computers, so do not go here. read more

Back in Dec 2015, I was told my laptop needed a new power cord, battery would not charge. Paid for it and still won't work. Also when I got the laptop back the mouse touch pad was not working anymore. Brought back that day, they looked at it and said " oh well, have a nice day". Was told the owner would call me to discuss the issue, he never called. Worst part is I know the owner from high school. Left hanging. read more

This place was terrible. I took my phone in for repair and since the display was not working properly and they returned it the next day completely unusable and made me wait around an entire week to talk to their manager who said there was nothing they could do. Completely negligent and took no responsibility for their mistake. read more
