Fantastic service from start to finish…read more I brought my (very slow) laptop to Detor Computer after 1. forgetting my Windows password and 2. ending up with a boot-up error that made the laptop unusable. I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up. Now my laptop is working great, and way faster than before. Alan also kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was happy to listen and answer questions at every stage. It can be hard to find people who do thorough, honest work at reasonable prices, but Detor Computer has it covered. I'll definitely be coming back with any future computer issues. Highly recommend!
