He sold me on the idea of having a whole new and improved computer system to better run my business. What he actually brought me was an old, bulky and noisy tower claiming to be new when clearly the Mylar was scratched off on the back and the tower had some bangs on it. He could not produce an invoice to warranty the hardware, or prove the hardware was new. He was dishonest and ran back and forth to get parts he had forgotten. Had numerous personal excuses about the inconvenience of numerous visits to solve my problem. Gave me cheap old speakers, key board, and mouse. I was desperate to have my computer back up and running and accepted the mediocre parts when I should not have. He said he would be available to make sure system was working properly. I've called him several times to get guidance on an AutoCAD configuration that is now making my computer clash and he has been unresponsive. I thought about it for a few hours and decided to head in myself to check it out and I always trust salesman when they ask specific questions and really listen; the gentleman behind the counter said that for my needs an upgrade for memory was not necessarily the best bet and as is would be fine. I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35.
