I believe that this is my first Yelp review ever, because I don't usually review anyone or anything, but I took a chance with Ty based on the other reviews here, and I'm very glad that I did! My only concern was that there were so few reviews, so I thought I owed it to Ty to give him the recognition that he deserves. My SSD was 99% degraded when I finally decided to get it replaced. Ty mounted our TV's and did amazing work, very professional and on time! Everything looks great, level/even, and cables hidden! Not only do the 3 TV's (65, 65, and 75 inch) look so good, I even paid a little extra to hide and tie up my computer cables for dual screen monitor, printer, etc. Looking forward to have him do our out door TV next. read more

"Ty the Computer Guy" is the utmost professional! He has helped me when I accidentally spilled water on my keyboard, and then another time when the motherboard on my computer was not working. I called other businesses when my computer wasn't turning on and tried to be as specific as possible about what would happen when I tried turning it on. They all didn't know and just told me to bring it in. But when I contacted Ty, he had a good idea as to what was wrong with it, and he was right! I accidentally damaged the power port by getting my foot stuck in the cord of my laptop. As a result I couldn't charge my computer. I briefly read online about how to replace that part and quickly realized that I didn't have the time or patience to even try it. I found Ty through google and saw his Yelp reviews and took a chance. I am so glad I did! He made it easy to obtain and deliver my laptop, and he did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. He even gave my laptop back to me in better shape than I gave it to him - it's not all wobbly and loose like before so I suspect he replaced a few screws that had slipped out over the years. He successfully & quickly replaced my keyboard on my laptop when I was missing keys in 2014. And when my computer screen went black 2 months ago, he was the first person I thought to call.
