I should note upfront that they could not fix my laptop, but I don't think it wasn't for lack of trying or incompetence. The most important thing though was that they were able to save my data. There were some misunderstandings during the process, but the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out well. I really appreciated that as good customer service is hard to find. I told him my issues with my OLD MacBook and he was very knowledgeable and sent out a tech (Christian) within the same day. Not only did they fix my MacBook and have it running for my virtual meetings and demo lessons (Art Teacher) they start fixing my pc laptop that been crashing as well. The services varied from setting up a wireless printer on my network, setting up my wireless camera, and repairing my computers. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is also very very nice and conscientious. He follows up his work and is always available if there is a problem or question.
