This is long overdue, I went in because my computer had stopped working all together, it just would not turn on. I am a college student and I work remotely so my laptop is my life, I was told my computer would take about a week to fix but the next day it was ready for pick up! I took my HP laptop in for repair. The owner immediately check it out and discovered the battery was bad. He ordered a new one, which took about a day, he replaced the battery the same day, which was a great blessing for me. I would highly recommend Computer Guys for your computer repair.
