My Mac has been running sluggish due to running parallels and after doing some research, I figured out I needed more GB's of Ram. I went to the apple store and Apple wanted $200 for a 8GB Ram upgrade let alone dealing with the madness of the apple store. I came to Garrett with a computer I needed diagnosed and fixed so that my dad could get back to work. I was in the middle of an insanely busy work week when I got a call from my dad saying his computer just stopped booting up. I called as many people as I could to get estimates. Since my dad uses his computer for work I really need to find someone who took not only his privacy very seriously but also the fact that he needed his desktop back up and running as soon as possible to return to work.
