I have used Computer Hardware for large procurements of Mac's and even TV's. Last week, I needed a projector due to our company projector burning out and the staff offered to loan one to me for as long as needed. Not only did they loan me a projector, but they also helped me find a replacement for our business---I needed something small enough to go into my briefcase while traveling, but high enough quality to make great presentations. They found me the AAXA P3-X (http://www.aaxatech.com/products/p3x_pico_projector.html) and I could not be happier. This little projector is a 10. It is just as bright and capable as a full size projector and it is the size of a smart phone. If I hook it up to Apple TV, I can Airplay from my Macbook for my complex data driven dashboards or I can Airplay Google Slides from iPhone for a full presentation remote feel. The rechargeable battery has a 2 hour charge and it also comes with an AC adaptor for more extended presentation needs. The Computer Hardware staff is outstanding and if they don't have a product, they will get it ordered for you. They do NOT stand behind what they sell. Purchased a modem. Couldn't get it to work continually. They refused to refund my money so I'm stuck with something I can't use. Was finally contacted by business owner who explained their return policies but agreed to allow me to return modem for a full refund. This business does want to keep my business. read more

I went in to get more storage on my laptop, get it backed up, and upgrade the operating system. They had my computer for five hours, erased one file, and charged me $110 to download Mojave from the app store... I could have done this myself in 2 minutes. The external hard drive I brought in remained untouched. My disk is still full. F minus. read more

I purchased a printer with wireless capabilities a few years ago from Computer Hardware. I recently changed our internet provider and this caused me to have to change the settings on the printer.
