Walked in on a Tuesday with my PC explained the issue younger gentleman was cool, and was quick by the time I got home he called me with a new cooling system and can be there next day Wednesday. Estatic I shoot on back down there. Pay the man his price and I got the "normally here by 1. And be easy 10 min." Not sure why as later it was a miscommunication, but upon hearing I was all in. Took the pc home for night uses as it only over heats trying to game or watch to many live streams. I haven't owned cable since 05. Anyway Wednesday comes I drop it off, head to work leave early to pick it up and at 5:15 it's not done and the part arrived only 15 mins ago. Bummed I said I'll hang around, and not 10 mins later I'm told to head back home and come back later on for it. So I did. 6:04 back place was empty. So I got work to let me have today off and I went back down. I sat in the lobby like the pain in the rear I am. Till it was done. And hours later I'm home enjoying Iracing. Would I use their service again probably if it's not something I think I can do. Which is more than that sentence might let on. So if you need PC repair they get the job down. Used these guys to install new video card. They couldn't do it and ended up using the original defective one. Charged me $100 after tying up 2 days of my time. Couldn't install a video card. Think about that. I wouldn't use these guys ever. read more

I had these bozo's replace the hard drive in 2 of my computers. The desktop was a computer I rarely used but had important info on it that I still needed. When I tried to use it, it would not let me go online and I had to bring it back. They tried to charge me for this but finally agreed that it didn't have this problem before I brought it in. Then I found out I could not access my files and it would freeze up when I tried to access files. I called 3 times so I could bring it in and get it working and they said it was not their responsibility and they would charge me to fix it. I spent over $300 for something I can't use!!! read more

Had issues with my desktop computer since moving it out of harms way for Irma's visit. Since I had to stay in Sebastian for a couple of weeks (I live in Miami) I took my friend's advice and brought it to Computer Healthcare. Just moved to Sebastian, had to talk to a few employees as I knew I was needing help with my computer, thought I'd have to buy a new one.They didn't act like I was a nusiance or charge me. A couple weeks later I called there and they didn't promise how fast it would be as I sell on ebay and was worried about my listings. Went in at 10 a.m, Becky went above the call of duty, saved me $100's of dollars and total was $65.00! I'm home at 11:00a.m. with a computer that WORKS GREAT!
