The rep who answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. They have no idea how to schedule, called my husband numerous times when we told them to only call me as I'm the one who is available. Doesn't call back when she says she's going to and couldn't remember what day she "put me on the schedule". She hung up on me on the phone, called me a c*nt and tried to apologize but said when you push her she's gonna push back. So I hope no one else "pushes her" to that point. Bad news the weekend before Thanksgiving! My Whirlpool gas oven kept tripping the breaker switch when preheating. Called Appliance Wizard (formerly Jade Services) & left a message Sunday morning. Dena called me back by late morning to line up an appointment Monday morning. Received 2 more calls to confirm & to announce arrival. Colby & Aiden were courteous & dressed professionally; made quick work of diagnostics, replacement, & testing, and showed me the faulty part. Invoice matched hourly rate quoted for service call. My experience with appliance wizard was absolutely horrible. I spoke with Deena in the office who is unimaginably rude when trying to schedule an appointment. Her exact words were "I don't work past 4:30pm." When trying to schedule an appointment outside of my own work hours. Finally got something and then they showed up and did not fix the issue with my appliance. Trying to schedule a second appointment so that the issue can be fixed was another nightmare. We agree on a second time for them to come out and then I get a call from Deena again explaining that they are there an hour early. Never using this worthless company again. They do not value my time as a customer and it honestly seems like they do not want to work. read more

My experience with App wizard is not good. a young kid came and tried to fix the problem on my dishwasher - leaking inside - he didn't even move the dishwasher out to see what is underneath. He changed a part, said the line was clogged, charged me $ 148 and didn't wipe all the excess water off of the floor. He said he has no towel, but brought a small rack, while I was cleaning up the floor!! Appliance wizard charged for a problem they never fixed. Said they would come out again and take care of it: sending me that young kid again. I refused having him back. In the mean time I had another company checking the problem, because the leak had not been fixed; I was told the water pump is broken. Etc. Etc. Never again.. read more

I was in full panic mode when my fridge suddenly stopped working. I called and spoke to the nicest lady who was eager to help and provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever had. Same day service call. Colby came and diagnosed the problem, a faulty outlet. He repaired the outlet wiring and taught me a few tricks along the way. These guys are awesome! My washer stopped at the end of the wash cycle with some water still in it. I called Appliance Wizard (also Advanced Appliance) & they came out that same day. They charge an $85 service fee that goes toward your repair. They also give a 30 day warranty & if you need a part during that time, the $85 goes toward that . I can't attest much to Appliance Wizards work with fixing things, but their customer service is down right horrific. A vehicle with Appliance Wizard was driving recklessly today, honking and speeding down the wrong side of the road in a parkinglot. After almost crashing into me I noticed the phone number and called. A gentleman picked up the phone polite enough and I asked "Hi, is this the Appliance Wizard" and he replied "Yes it is, how may I help you?" I said "I was just calling to let you know that you have a driver down here in Palm Bay that's being wreckl--" and then I was cut off by the man screaming into the phone "You're calling to complain about driving?!? Why don't you stop being a little b***h!" I calmly tried responding with "I'm not calling to complain I just want you to be awar--" cut off again with "Don't call up here like a little b***h about driving, stop being such a b***h!!!" I again calmly replied "Hey man, if that's how you want to handle it ok, but whoever's driving your vehicle needs to be more careful". Still screaming he retorted "Just stop being such a little b***h" and hung up. This company may be good at fixing appliances, but if this is how they respond to a simple heads up about illegal driving on a major road and in a parking lot, then you should be warned. Be careful who you let into your life, and be cautious when choosing who to do business with. I can tell you that I had a awesome experience for the service provide by Mr. Appliance Wizard. I move down here on November 2006, to the house that I contract to get build to my family and after I retired form the U.S. Army. I was refer to contact Mr. Wizard to install a new microwave on my house when I occupied it from a friend of mine. Mr. Wizard came without a question and installed the microwave. A couple years ago, I requested his service again be cause I have a problem with the food waste disposal. When I make the called Mr. Wizard told me that he was working on other client right but immediate finish we the client he will come to my house and take care the problem that I had with the food waste disposal, and was like that an hour later Mr. Wizard came to my house and took care the problem that I had with the food waste disposal, even he provide me a spare tool and show me to do if this happen again to fix it temporary until he be able to provide a service to my house. This past Friday night around 10pm, the same food waste disposal that was installed on the house for almost ten years broke down that need a more work not a simple fix like Mr. Wizard told me. Saturday morning around 9am I call Mr. Wizard and I told him what happen with the food waste disposal the night prior. He answer my phone call and I explain to him what happen. He told me that even he do not work on weekend he will make exception and come to my house to take care of the problem that we had. He asked me the model of the food waste disposal, and I told him the model. He told me that the food waste disposal have to be replace and he have a new one and that he will be at my house around an hour. And exactly around an hour Mr. Wizard was at my house to take care the problem that we had with the food waste disposal. Every time that I call Mr. Wizard to request his service he is available and make time to provide me his service. I want to conclude this mention that my experience with the service provide from Mr. Wizard to me has been excellent, and I will continue to call Mr. Wizard for any issue that will face on any of the appliance in my house. Also I will refer Mr. Wizard to any of my friends if they need a person like Mr. Wizard for any issue or problem that they will have with their appliance on their house. read more
