I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time.
