I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. They offered 1 year warranties so I check them out. Owner Lauri very nice, knowledgeable. Store maybe a little pricier than a Craigs List deal, but all the computers are totally checked out, serviced, and come with one year warranty. Found nice Retina 13" Macbook Pro, asked owner if I could bring in wrapping paper and wrap in there ( it was for a birthday present) she noticed that I wasn't the best wrapper and wrapped it for me. Very friendly, nice store, some good deals. Macbook was a 2014 model in perfect shape. Will check there first when I need another Mac, upgrade or service.

A few months ago my phone's charge port became unusable and would not charge my phone. At the time, I purchased a new phone, but was upset to see I lost my contacts, videos, and pictures. Recently, a very close family member of mine passed away, and I remembered there were pictures and videos of this person on my old phone. I brought the phone to iFix Galaxy on 1/2 and explained the situation. The gentlemen behind the counter (Christopher and Francisco, I believe) were up front in explaining they may be able to fix the charge port, but the particular repair doesn't always work. Given the nature of my situation, I decided to risk it and left the phone with them overnight. Fast forward to 2/3 around 6 pm. After calling for a status update, I was informed the repair had been completed and my phone was charging. When I went to pick up the phone, Francisco could not have been more professional, and when I elaborated on the situation, sympathetic. While I hope to never experience this issue again, we all know phones (including screens, internal software, etc.) are fickle. In the event something happens, I will return to iFix Galaxy and Francisco's team without hesitation.

Many times when I turn it on the brightness starts at an extremely low level and you can barely see anything except bubbles underneath the screen. When it isn't doing that, the brightness only goes down to about 3/4 the darkness it could before. My screen is either way too dark to see or so bright that it hurts my eyes. I wish I had just kept the cracked screen and would not recommend coming here for repairs. The worker was nice but my experience is overshadowed by the poor quality or the screen.
