Every part of my experience with this company was excellent and I would use them again in a heartbeat. The two pleasant young men that arrived (Antonio and Ethan) called ahead and even asked if they could arrive a bit early. They were very friendly and eager to work, even on this hot and humid day. They got to work right away and were completely finished within an hour. They were careful to pack the truck to maximize space and keep our price fair. It was at this point I realized they were not interested in my business. I informed them that I already had one estimate but wanted a second. He told me the estimate I received sounded fair. We ended the call, and a few moments later I get this voice message. To which I thought, no thanks. "I was just speaking with one of the guys and we thought we would come out tomorrow and take a look at the situation anyway give you a quote maybe we can do better. Don't fall for that first two months free crap. I just received my first bill after 4 months with…read morelate fees, paper billing fee, and late fee. That $30 a month is actually $52.35. Since they never sent a bill last month they actually think that I am going to pay $105.35. Good luck with that.
