When I spoke to Ashley on the phone about coming I explained what I wanted done. I had all the supplies ready when they arrived! I couldn't see what they were or weren't doing. because at the time I was confined to the couch nursing a dislocated broken ankle and leg. When my husband returned I was able to take a little tour of the house. What I found was layers of dust ,my walls were streaked, the shower hadn't hadn't been cleaned, my kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the oven exterior was sill dirty and I think one of worst things that happened was when they left Ashley said her friend had spilled a bottle of Pine-Sol and they had cleaned it up. They didn't! They wiped it up, but it had so much cleaner on it the floor was streaked and sticky. Now for some advise. In the beginning I was quoted a price. By the time they left, the original price had grown by 121.00. If you hire these women get everything in writing before they start!

His father ( a very nice gentleman) picked up my computer on a Thursday, it was very cold and snowing, and I got it back the Next Monday, in fine working order and has worked fine since then. they are very reasonable, almost to reasonable on the prices. Way better than anyone else I talked to and the fact that they will pick up and deliver at no extra charge is unbelievable. He said he would be at our house within an hour and was then 2 hours late. Gave us our estimate, we were happy with the price, and said he would be back between 6-8am the following day. That night he pocket dialed our house multiple times at 1am. I got up and was ready by 545am for his potential arrival. It wasnt until 11am someone named Sara called to say he was late but would definitely be by before 1pm. We waited, multiple phone calls later, with no answer, he never showed up. We are so disappointed in a fellow veteran for such lack of care to make a phone call or answer the phone. My breaker panel smells like electrical burn, there are scorch marks coming from the main breaker and this man told us to put a smoke alarm next to it and wait for him. Then he never showed up.
