We drove out and got it... however the employees were just dripping with apathy. I was interrupting their time with their computer gaming buddies that were in the store. I was spending 200 bucks! I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. Great price and super fast. 3 weeks later and the remote is still working great.

The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. I have been trusting the health of my computers to Computer Zone for over 20 years. My experience with them has always been great. They have always been able to sort out technical challenges quickly, cost effectively and always the result was that my equipment worked better than ever. There was a management change about a year ago when our pal Ruben moved on from his long love of Computer Zone. He left the business in the excellent hands of a new management team who are carrying on the tradition of superb service and excellent results. I recently had my wife's laptop repaired/renewed and could not be happier - neither could she which makes my life smooth sailing. Brant, who is one of the new owners at Computer Zone, assisted me as did several of the staff who worked on the laptop. These guys are absolutely carrying on the tradition of a friendly approach to customers and delivering superior customer service! I won't go anywhere else for my technology support. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family and I recommend to anyone reading this that you should absolutely seek them out for all your computer support needs. read more

I just recently found out that computer zone has changed ownership. Normally when I hear this there is always a cause of concern or skepticism. Though the team i just met today was 10/10 the real deal.this change in ownership sounds like computer zone is getting a huge level up with extremely attentive and caring staff that really know there stuff. Brent, Garret, and Tommy are amazing my computer had some issues after a huge storm they took it in and ran diagnostics on pretty much every part to where they found the issue. They gave me solutions and recommendations for repairs and upgrades if i so choose to. They are a wealth of knowledge and not pushy at all when it comes to sales. They make you feel comfortable to trust your computer with. I'm glad to know all my future computer needs will be in their capable hands. Computer Zone is the only place to go! read more

I broke my brand new company laptop -- just started at the job. The screen had popped up in several places, but I couldn't get it to pop back in. My family used to go to this place back in the day and I decided to go back since it is close to our home. I went right before closing thinking they wouldn't be able to help since it was late. The gentleman fixed it for free within 2 minutes. He definitely knew what he was doing. Apparently they are under new ownership and the place looked AWESOME. Brant did and amazing job and was very thoughtful and thorough with fixing my custom streaming PC. It was having a pump and fan issue as well as some blue screening issues. They were able to take me in on a Wednesday and do express 3 day maintenance, I was able to pick it up on the following Saturday. Good customer service and kept in good contact with me and was very easy to work with. I took my wife's laptop in to determine why is was so slow. Andy stated that the hard drive was going bad and recommended a replacement. They did a complete back up and restored the data on a SSD. This fixed the problem and the computer is lightening fast. Great service and friendly folks. He set up an Admin account for me and a User sign in for my father to prevent unwanted software from being installed and made further security suggestions. I really appreciate her for that. Thankfully they did have a kit that met the needs of my phone available. I asked her what the price was going to be, thinking that it would be upwards of $100. To my surprise, it was $50! I asked her what the availability to have the screen fixed was and she told me she could do it now because it would take her at most 45 minutes. I was really shocked! I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes. I do not know what she did or how she did it, but the screen fixe has made my calls clearer and seems to have also made the phone function better. She was even able to tell me after she fixed it whether or not there was any water damage. Color me impressed, but you do not get great customer service like this today. Will definitely be back and recommending people to them!

They quoted me $350 to fix the front and back glass which was reasonable. I asked if if would be "like new" after that and they assured me it would be. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.
