I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! When it was my turn, the young lady answered all my questions and told me how long it would take, for me, this is okay. I left and returned a little earlier than they suggested, so I waited in the lobby. When things were almost finished, someone came out and apologized for it taking so long, they had to do some extra cleaning, which was my fault for waiting so long to get my phone repaired, it was full of dust and pocket lint. When things finished, the tech and I went over the phone, making sure that everything worked properly and that I was happy with there work, I was.
