I visited this store with my boyfriend because he had been coming here to get his phone fixed. I needed to get the screen fixed and they had cheap prices so I decided to go for it. They told me it would be about 1 he and when we came back they had it ready. The screen was fixed but later when I decided to turn the phone on I noticed that the wifi no longer turned on and the side buttons were not working either. I took it back the next day because I love far from here, well when I asked them to fix the errors they made, they said the phone was already like this (lie) and they couldn't do anything about it. I know they are running some sort of scam where they steal and sell phone parts. Don't come here unless you want to spend another $300 on a new phone! How is this place in business. I called ahead to be sure they were open so I could come back for a repair to phone screen. The person who answered told me they were open until 7pm got there just after 5pm. The front door was locked? I had this happen before when I knocked on the door someone came out. I have used this place 5+ times for mostly phones and once for an iPad. He is great. You do have to know what you are getting. It is a one guy show where the owner is also the repair man. If he goes to grab food or needs to leave early the shop closes, call before you go. He is not using Apple screens so sometimes the screen does look slightly different than your original (but still super crisp and strong). His prices are always the best I can find and the work is fast and good. His low prices allow me to not worry if I (or my kids) crack a screen. He will also work with you and do a little extra if he can. For example, I once brought him 2 devices and he dropped the price. He will throw in a free screen cover (a nice thick one!). Today when I went in my vibrate off and on switch didn't work and he just fixed it without even saying anything. read more

Customers go to This clinic in Sunrise to pick up Wish.com products purchased already online. Iclinic scans the barcode to get the package but then they tell you the package has not been delivered yet and to go back the next day. When you go back the next day the barcode was already scanned the day before but they have the audacity to say it's already picked up!! You ask them to look for your package they said we don't have it you picked it up. They have a camera there mounted in the store on the wall and you ask them to look at the camera as proof you never picked any packages up & coincidentally they tell you the camera is not working and they sell and repair electronics lol. I hope they are Not reselling these purchases because they are very quickly to ask for a refund from wish.com. I'm an extremely honest person so when I see dishonest things I'm very unhappy. It's not about the dollar to two dollar cost it is about what is really going on there. Scammers. Liars. Dishonest. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I visited this location recently and after showing my Groupon, the owner asked me to cancel it. He stated that If I cancel the Groupon, the total cost would be $45 (which is what my Groupon is worth). But if I wanted to use the Groupon, I would pay an additional $20 on top of the $45 Groupon. WTH? He proceeded to share with me that he only makes $20 from the entire sales. What does that have to do with me. Let me see if I understand..So, you're not happy with the rate Groupon is charging you, so customers must now negotiate with you because you feel your not making enough money? To make matters worst, when I returned to pick up my phone THEY HAD A NEW STORY WAITING FOR ME... they told me that they replaced my white screen "that wasn't cracked" and put in a black one? That if I wanted to keep my white screen that I would have to come back in 3 days. I knew they were lying and just wanted to keep my original Apple screen to resell it.
