Under not circumstance go to t mobile you can't get customer service in any country on the phone and those in the Philippines are the rudest SOBs in the world. I have been trying to get through for 2 days. I have more hours on the phone than I do at my job. Great service! I was impressed with the personalize. The managers and staff were very friendly and knew their stuff.

I went there for a tech problem; the store had 7 or so reps but there were 10 customers. I only had to wait 5 Minutes but the young ( looked 17) rep said my phone was a 4G and outdated. She went on to help the next person. Id blame her manager but he looked like a high school kid. The sales rep never offered me a new phone so i went to Tm on McNab the rep was very young but she explained my problem and sold me on a new phone. She was professional and sold me on the features of the new phone!!! This store has no wait & great service!! read more

I came here with my mom last Sunday to get us new iPhones. I made an appointment for 12:30. We got there at 12:15 but weren't taken until 12:50. No apology or anything. But, it was a Sunday and they seemed to be pretty busy. We got Gian and I am grateful we did because he really seemed to know what he was talking about. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and wrote out all of our options for getting the best deal. We left feeling good about our purchases. I had to come back today for a very simple fix re: my new phone. Since it was a Thurs around 11 the wait wasn't bad, Shania who was going to check me in was able to quickly fix it herself. She too was also very nice and knowledgeable. All-in-all, this store seems to be pretty good. I'd advise going during the week if you can help it though. :) read more

Never again will I go here again. Purchased 2 phones online and chose this store for the pick up location. We were greeted by a gentlemen who was nice, we mentioned we were there to pick up a order and he directed us to a female (I forgot her name, Hispanic pregnant lady). I left the store speechless, I have never experienced customer service like that. This lady had such a nasty attitude with us, she made it seem like we were disturbing her every-time we asked a question. Needless to say I felt uncomfortable and decided to figure out things on my own. read more

Went with my mom today to buy a new phone for my 4 lines account. It seemed like there were plenty of employees chilling at that time but the guy at the door assigned me to the pregnant woman who had a lazy- unpleasant attitude to discuss any question or provide information. Maybe is the pregnancy, we thought, I didn't wanna bother her so we said thanks and left. We went to the next store in coconut creek and bought a phone. No drama. Unfortunately, sometimes we need to take risks wether to work or let others work under circumstances. I am glad I am not the manager at that store. Next time I rather to drive the extra mile and go straight to the next store. However now that I am reading other people comments about this store, it all make sense. read more

I visited this T-Mobile location this past Monday to increase my phones memory. The store was very crowded and busy when I entered but decide to wait for someone to help me. After waiting 30 minutes I was finally assisted by associate Juan, a newer employee. Juan installed a new memory card into my phone, and I explained to him that I wanted my phone contacts, photos, and videos saved to the new card. During the installation Juan saved the phone contacts, however the photos and videos were NOT SAVED! He tried saving them again but they had already been deleted! Without saying I was very upset and asked what was he going to do about it? Clearly not knowing what to do he asked for assistance from another employee, without any luck and finally informed the store manager, Juan about this. Bottom line, after being there for 2 hours, is that nobody at this store knew what to do! I was told that an employee would be in at 3 pm that knows how to retrieve deleted photos, so I waited. When this associate, Gian came in I explained what happened to him. He was very compassionate (first employee that was) about this and understood clearly how I felt. After spending much time trying to retrieve my photos he was unable to do so. I left very upset! After going home I checked some apps on my phone and found one that retrieves deleted photos. I installed this app and was able to retrieve 300 of the 400 missing photos. I called Gian and went back to the store to see if he could help me with this re-installation, which he did. Bottom line to this review is that Gian was very helpful, did what he could to right the damage that was done by another employee. A knowledgeable, compassionate employee Gian at least tried to help doing what he could. I gave Gian the app to retrieve missing photos, so at least now he has something to work with for any future issues. Sebastian, another associate who originally sold me the phone two years ago is also another asset to T-Mobile, but was not there at the time. Outside of these two employees there was no sense of urgency by the store manager or any other employee to help me with this issue, not even an apology! I am going beyond this review to contact the T-Mobile corporate office, as this is unacceptable! I realize mistakes can happen, however store associates should be trained on how to retrieve photos and deleted files, and they are clearly not. A little compassion wouldn't hurt these employees either! I found it hard to believe that only one store associate had any knowledge of this! I am still searching apps to try and retrieve my missing videos and photos on my own. Be wary of who assists you at this store location, especially if you want to increase your memory on your phone! read more
