The technician walked me around my car and told me the approximate time it would take as well as what they'd be doing. It was a relatively small job I appreciate the thoroughness about the job. A couple days later the technician called me alerting me my car was ready. They did a great job and the best part is they washed my car, inside and out! I'm not sure that is what they normally do but it's a great gesture and boy did my car need it. If you're in need of a body shop and/or you insurance deals with them, I'd recommend.

Finally after a day or two or waiting and ignored texts and phone calls I just showed up at their door.
