This was human kindness and compassion to the nth degree.. and in a business context yet when those qualities seem to be lacking on a purely human level. Car is brand new and was used at their leisure during the holidays. Will not recommend or go back here. They seemed nice but using the car for 100 miles was unnecessary especially if the repair was only for body work.

I was recently in need of the services of an auto repair shop and was referred to Joe's Auto Body by my insurance company. I have to say I have never been more pleased with the service and work Joe's provided me. Not only were the staff polite and professional, they also took the time to explain the repair process including potential repairs that might be required. When I got my car back, I was amazed.
