When Meena looked at my shoulder pain then at surgeries I've had on that side on my arm and back she started working on releasing and some slow stretch with her hands. Shoulder is 50% less painful. Today I stood up on my knee ( again, I'm a fall person) expecting trouble in balancing and pain and it was fine (100% less pain). When I asked for a discount to bring the charge to a more reasonable level, they flatly refused, saying "the law" allows them to charge that much. How unscrupulous! Guess it's time to file complaints with "the law" to see what it can do regarding their predatory pricing.

Our speech therapist spent time chatting with me about life. Which was nice but our sessions were short and I wanted help for my kids not a friend. The speech therapist read books and played games with my girls. They just went from game to game. That's it. I wish our speech therapist actually practiced pronouncing sounds and helped with correcting their speech. There was no work or help with speech. This was just very expensive play time. If passive learning worked then no one would need speech therapy. Only after I requested to cancel services, was there an offer to do drill based sessions. This is something that should have been discussed day 1. This was so frustrating because again what a waste. I hope this message reaches the therapists. Your services are expensive. Please do not waste our time and money.

These are all very nice people. However, the therapist (Jayme) was not a good match for me. I came…read morein due to a pain in my upper arm. In the diagnosing appointment the therapist moved from analysis to treatment without telling me. She started deeply massaging my shoulder head and neck and was hurting me. I told her "that hurts", and then "that hurts a lot". And she didn't stop. I finally asked what I should say to get her to back off and she said to say "that's too much". I should have realized then I wasn't in the right place. While the pain in my upper arm quickly went away, each appointment made my neck worse. The massages and the assigned exercises irritated my neck each visit. I asked if she ever uses ultrasound to warm up the area for massage, or ice after. She was not interested in leveraging either of these techniques. She suggested I apply heat when I got home, but that made the pain worse. After each appointment I was experiencing severe neck pain, headaches, some nausea and vertigo. After 6 appointments, I canceled all upcoming appointments. I'm sorry I gave it so many visits before I stopped. Its the first time I've been to a PT where all patients/treatments are in one big room. There was a lot of chatting between the various therapists and clients. I was not confident about the distractions/attention being paid during massages and exercises.
