I'd spent a year with another PT office which gave me helpful exercises but never did more. So I'm improved but everything reappears. When Meena looked at my shoulder pain then at surgeries I've had on that side on my arm and back she started working on releasing and some slow stretch with her hands. Shoulder is 50% less painful. Today I stood up on my knee ( again, I'm a fall person) expecting trouble in balancing and pain and it was fine (100% less pain). I hate to tell you a success story in process as It may lead to fewer appointments for me!! But I do like the approach. Heal well, my friends.

The receptionists are judgmental. it's expensive with even insurance. if you're at an occupational therapy place for care and they talk to you about private information in a waiting room they are not honoring hippa rules. this place and how I was treated and my family was treated will forever be a terrible memory of childhood development I was trying to provided for my child/children. We never even got the "help" we needed. I don't recommend going here and seeking another occupation therapy center.

When I asked for a discount to bring the charge to a more reasonable level, they flatly refused, saying "the law" allows them to charge that much. How unscrupulous! Guess it's time to file complaints with "the law" to see what it can do regarding their predatory pricing.

She is the absolute best at determining what you need, how often you need to visit & what you should be doing at home. She has a great sense of humor and is one of the most genuinely good people with a huge heart. Her splints are amazing quality and varity, very important if you've had hand surgery. There are many more hand therapists that are wonderful, I just prefer Rozanni. No matter where you go, or who you see I think you will be very happy here.

Our speech therapist spent time chatting with me about life. Which was nice but our sessions were short and I wanted help for my kids not a friend. The speech therapist read books and played games with my girls. They just went from game to game. That's it. I wish our speech therapist actually practiced pronouncing sounds and helped with correcting their speech. There was no work or help with speech. This was just very expensive play time. If passive learning worked then no one would need speech therapy. Only after I requested to cancel services, was there an offer to do drill based sessions. This is something that should have been discussed day 1. This was so frustrating because again what a waste. I hope this message reaches the therapists. Your services are expensive. Please do not waste our time and money.
