Had my introductory visit / assessment with Dr Duncan. Nothing, but positive experience so far. Clerk stuff was polite and efficient, I arrived early and was handled quickly for the registration and check in, as well as quickly assessed by the nurse Colin, who was very polite and to the point. As they had an opening, I was almost immediately accepted into the private room. Facilities are clean, welcoming and efficient, albeit a bit small, but that is probably a plus. Quieting and comfortable. Dr Julie Duncan is very good, very professional and thorough. Open minded as well, to inquire and discuss anything. Very pleased. I would also mention the electronic system they used (MyChart) is quire convenient. Worked wonderful so far, and Dr Duncan is exceedingly efficient posting notes for me to check up the same day. I am extremely impressed with the level of care I have received here! On the medical side, Grace Davis is warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable. And she works in tandem with me (as opposed to just pushing information) and listens very well. On the dental side, I have had both Dr. Chenepalli and Dr. Choi. Both are outstanding in their own ways! Dr Choi did a filling on me. She was extremely gentle with a lovely demeanor. The office staff and techs/assistants are always kind. Should be ZERO, but that's not an option. This place has been nothing, but a disappointment and I became accustomed to their subpar customer service, but this last situation was the last straw for me. I WAS (please note was, because they forced me into withdrawal) on a mood stablizer, Effexor and I needed a refill on my prescription that I take every day, every month. Every month it's a refill game. They never give me more than one refill and then when I need a refill they never call it in on time and these pills have awful potentially dangerous withdrawals. The last time I called in for one the Cust. Rep was very rude, wouldn't listen and cut me off and basically was going to hang up on me. The pharmacy requested 5 days before I ran out, and then I called and they said Healthpoint never responded. So, I called Healthpoint and they told me they never received it. The pharmacy had proof that they did indeed receive it, so once again Healthpoint fails and also lacks accountability. With all that and the CR telling me that I now had to wait 24-48 hours for the prescription to be called in and I had already taken my last one the morning before the current day. I tried to tell her this and she completely cut me off and said, "I just told you it takes 48 hours for the doctors to respond" I literally just hung up her after thanking her for cutting me off. So, not only did the presciption NOT get refilled in 48 hours, they just never did. Never, refilled it and never followed up. Just left me hanging. So, I currently have stage 4 cancer & the last thing I needed was a forced detox from a mind altering drug. It was a horrible experience and I ended up in urgent care due the to combo of cancer and Effexor withdrawal. So thank you HealthPoint for becoming the absolute WORST clinic I have ever encountered. The customer service there has NEVER been good and it's too bad because they finally were getting some good doctors on board. Oh and that's another thing. They can't keep doctors. The turnover rate is incredibly high and you never know who your doctor is or is going to be. So, Healthpoint! Thanks for nothing! I will NEVER return to your GHETTO-istic clinic and I really hope you lose your funding and get shut down. I am filing an official complaint with the medical board with the paper work from urgent care to back it up. MFAB Peace out! read more

If you are going to get your blood drawn in the lab, I'd suggest getting it drawn by anyone other than Stephanie. 1. She didn't identify me in any way. I came into the room and sat down. She didn't ask my full name or date of birth. I don't know if she didn't know how to do this or if she chose not to do this. RED FLAG. (And actually very concerning since she appears to be training someone??) 2. She struggled to get my blood, even though my arm was in the correct position, I'm well hydrated and have good veins. (I donate blood regularly - and have for YEARS.) I addressed this immediately and asked for someone else. She seemed offended but I'm not here to be practiced on. I'm not sorry. 3. Her personality is absolutely lacking. She didn't greet me, ask how I was, etc. I understand not everyone excels in small talk, but if you are going to act like you hate your job, especially one where you poke people all day, find another. read more

From what I learned that The Health Point clinical services is second to the "Doctors without borders." No doubt they have been serving mindlessly, kind and not judging what clothes and where their patients came from. O.K. their furniture etc. have scratches and are old looking. Perhaps a donation is needed with a golden toilet seat to? But what is for! Only if you want a showroom and not a clinical service for those needing the services only. Also, that old building is cared for by the owner. The Health Point's office is fully equipped, adding new staffs, functional and is working with other medical providers near and far, even in my case; before, during Covid and after. I have to spend 40+ mins on hold just to TRY and set an appointment for like 1-2 months out. I have had shoulder pain that has been getting worse and worse, and they have done literally zero treatment since I have been complaining about it over a year. OVER A YEAR WITH ZERO TREATMENT! They treat you less than human, have no value of your health or time, do not give a single care. They expect you to give up and deal with your medical issues due to getting uselessly bounced around, before ever getting actual treatment or appointments. Do not expect any actual treatment, getting an appointment is a nightmare, and expect to be on hold just to set an appointment over the phone for about an hour. No wonder this is a free clinic. Homeless people with no insurance receive better treatment than you will at any HealthPoint facility. read more

The care quality at this establishment is unsatisfactory. The people at the front are rude they take care of sanitation of the lobby more than servicing the patients they have long lines to wait, and people have their heads Down the whole time they don't even acknowledge you. This is not a place I would send my dog let alone a person service sucks I would rate 0 if I could. So rude uncomfortable and terrible. read more

This clinic is so organized and they provide great service to all. They call and remind me of my appointments. Thy take most health insurance and there is a pharmacy too; so convenient. My PCP is topnotch, she listens and I can tell that she cares about my health. The facility isn't fancy, but it is decent and well designed. I always get treated with respect. read more

Absolutely love this clinic. I have always been treated with respect and the staff is fabulous. Both my husband and I have Dr. Sharma as our primary care physician and she is the best doctor we have ever had. She listens carefully and our health care is wonderful. Dr. Sharma has even personally called my husband a couple of times to follow up on test results.. Dr. Sharma responds to email questions in a timely manner. Forget EVER having a phone call returned, and, if you need to voice a complaint for shoddy care, you'll never EVER get a return call! They have consistently screwed up my Diabetes medications. It would be nice if the pharmacy would be courteous enough to let us know how long it will take to refill some meds, and inform us if there's a delay with getting the refills. They made me wait for 1.5 hrs without telling me anything and when I asked, that's when they checked what's going on. And then I had to wait for another half an hour to get the refills. This is a review for the dental clinic. May 20th I set up an appointment for oral surgery on June 23rd . I told them I have dental anxiety, they shrugged me off and told me to go see my GP for anxiety medicine. So my novocaine only oral surgery was scheduled for a Monday. They called me the Friday before and said Dr. Broughton refused to do the surgery because of my dental anxiety. Very unprofessional to leave me hanging for so long. Took them over 4 weeks to tell me this dentist is not skilled enough to do surgery on someone with dental anxiety. I have no problem that he can't do the surgery, but to let me believe for over 4 weeks he could do it, and then he bails on me at the last minute. I could have been in queue with a dentist who knows what he is doing. Guess I should feel like I dodged a bullet getting worked on by a dental surgeon who is unable to deal with anxious patients. read more

Having fallen on hard times after being widowed by cancer, I had someone recommend HealthPoint to me and have been very pleased and greatful with the service provided. The front desk people are very nice and the doctors and nurses helpful and willing to listen and answer questions. The sliding scale for a doctor's visit ($20) is the only reason I am now able to afford to go to the doctor when I get sick, as well as get my "annual" (and therefore my RX renewal). The pharmacy is also low cost. My prescriptions run $21/mo at HealthPoint vs over well over $100/mo elsewhere; which is *wonderful* since I'd taken to rationing my prescriptions to every other day or very often just doing without for 4-5 mos. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful, despite being over-worked. All in all, Redmond Healthpoint has been a God-send and I can't say enough about the clinic and the people who work there. read more

Dr. Zdon is amazing! I'm so sad to see her leaving in May 2016. She really gave so much attention to my needs and was the first doctor to actually listen to me and not blame my symptoms on mental stress. Dr. Zdon may be an ARNP, but she is as good as any MD in my book! Healthpoint Redmond has been a great experience for me as well (for the most part). The front desk staff are usually smiling and kind, and if they aren't smiling, they are at the very least professional. The only issues I ever had with Healthpoint is a billing issue (billing department is awful to work with, lack of call backs etc.) and Dr. Simmons doing a procedure in which I felt she left me apprehensive about trusting her (or her student that did the actual procedure)! Anyway, overall, I would say this place is fantastic. Plus, they have behavioral health, a nutritionist, and a naturopath (who is always trying to get me to try acupuncture, but I'm afraid of needles!). This place really is great, and I recommend it to everyone I know! Oh, and I can't forget to say how awesome their referral specialist (Ebony) is. There have been a few snafoos with some of my referrals, but Ebony has always stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of (even called with me right there in her office to ensure I got a quick turnaround on an appointment!). read more

for a clinic that is supposed to be for unemployed / low income, the normal charge is $40 / visit. the front desk reminded me that if there are any additional tests, or referrals involved there will be much more $$$ involved. gee i would suggest they recommend a real clinic ( swedish model ) where one can get UNLIMITED visits monthly for almost the same $ .. the front desk shd have much more sensivity instead of grasping for the patient's $. I've been consistently impressed by the care I've received at the dental clinic here. Yes, getting an appointment took a while, and they're not always accepting new patients. Oh well. Such is the way of low-cost dental care. Regardless, the staff here are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful. I've come here a few times for checkups, cleanings, and fillings, and I'll keep coming back. The dentists do great work, and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. I think my favorite dental assistant is Carlos, who told me hilarious stories about his childhood in Mexico to kill a few minutes while the dentist was getting ready. Dr. Jennifer Alexander was also excellent. I was her last patient of the day, yet she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed during my filling. Overall I can't say enough good things about Healthpoint Dental in Redmond. I highly recommend them. read more

I used to go to a clinic in Bellevue, Wa that accepted my insurance. I was having some issues communicating with my previous (male) doc and not getting solutions to my medical issues. I walked into my first appointment with Dr. Sharma at HealthPoint in Redmond with some serious doubts that a different doc would actually HEAR ME and make what I consider a GENUINE effort to help me feel better. I was very pleased with the front staff who helped me with setting appointments, insurance questions and the process for getting over some health issues. The prescription department at HealthPoint was very helpful and friendly even with patients who were clearly confused and/or frustrated. And Dr. Sharma makes me feel comfortable talking about my health issues and how to solve them. It is a team approach here. I am very happy that I made the switch. There can sometimes be a wait to make an appointment, ask a question or get a prescription filled, but IT IS WORTH THE WAIT and is much shorter that I have experienced with other clinics. My life has improved in ways that I could not imagine! read more
