This place is unbelievably inept, incompetent and just really bad. I called to see if i could get a standard TB test required by my work which sends everyone to this place so its not a new thing for them. My work referred me to this place as they do everybody so I call to see how early I can get in to do this before work. The receptionist tells they are open 24/7 come in anytime and no problem. I call again later that day to ask another question I had forgotten to ask and also to confirm I could come in at 5:00 a.m. I was told yes no problem they're open 24/7 there. So my first attempt was at 2:15 same day i called as i changed my mind and decided to just get it over with. You would think at 2:00 at an open 24/7 URGENT CARE it would be fine. NO DOCTOR .....at open all the time Urgent Care at 2:00 P.M. Ok fine so I try a second time my original plan at 5:00 a.m. Door is locked when I get there at the 24 hour urgent care and I knock. A guy comes around who I can't tell is either a patient or the janitor as he is not in nurses scrubs comes to door and asks what do I want? I say I was referred here to take a TB test and tried yesterday but strangely no doctors. He stares at form like he cant read and says there's no Doctor .....AGAIN? Stay away from this place. I had a knee injury at work. It took me 2 months before the doctors referred me for a MRI. I was told by the doctor that it was just a sprain and I had to do Physical therapy before they can schedule a MRI. I was in pain all the sessions. Even the physical therapist said that he was going to note in my chart that physical therapy was useless. After the MRI I was told I had a meniscus tear and they need to refer me out. All the time that I was there my wait time was long for me to see the doctor for 5 mins. My last appt the doctor wanted to send me for more physical therapy with a meniscus tear. Then when I told him I was transferring my care to another provider the doctor got mad and left the room. When I headed out left a message for the manager to reach out but never has. This been my worst experience with an urgent care and all their providers and management. read more

Came here for preemployment drug screen. The front desk told me it would be an 1.5 hour wait, which was unheard of to begin with. Turned out it was a 3 hours wait. Yes 3 hours wait to do a 2 mins pee in a cup procedure. Complained a few times, without complaints it would probably take 5 hours. But the wait was 3 damn hours that is ridiculous. Anyhow, once called upon as I walked to the back, I saw that all the staff were just chilling and chatting and not at all seems busy whatsoever and they had to make a drug screen person waited 3 hours.....Yea this is a place you want to avoid if you can. I had no choice since the clinic was picked by the employer but I would definitely reflect to the employer on changing to another clinic. read more

The front desk people here are a JOKE!!! If it wasn't work related, i swear EVERYONE wouldve been cussed out!!! I don't think that i have EVER experienced that many miserable people that hate their life, their job, and mankinds existence in one freakin place!!! Went to their Urgent Care. Woman at front desk handling insurance was a total jerk. She pretended not to see me multiple times, and then said, "oh, I was looking for you." My daughter had to come here since she had to take a physical and drug test for a new job and man we got here at 8:45 and she got called into room at around 10:50 and now it's 12 noon and she still ain't out yet and the place is called concentra now not us health works. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, I had major pain in my back, and they were treating me like there was nothing wrong. This place is a joke, the doctor didn't even touch me, and said I'm fine. I wen't to my own Dr and was told I had a major issue. I brought the MRI with me to the clinic, and they refused to give it back to me after I asked multiple times. Its my MRI! I paid for it, and they have no right to keep it. Also the front receptionists were extremely rude, she lost the paper work and made me stand up for 2 hours, 2 HOURS!? I almost fainted while they kept me standing. Steer far and clear of this place, you are nothing to them but a paycheck. I arrived a little after 7 am at the clinic for a physical exam and a TB test thinking that I was going to get in, take care of business and get out. 2 hours later... I was finally seen by a nurse for my TB test. Then had to wait longer after that, freezing in a hospital gown, for a doctor to do my physical exam, which was an absolute joke! 3 hours of my life was wasted at this place and I will never come here again. I complained a couple of times at the receptionist because there wasn't really a lot of other people waiting in the clinic with me and I came in very early in the morning. I was trying to avoid paying my co-pay at Kaiser. But my experience at this place was so horrible, that I'll suck it up and pay my co pay next time. Never again!!! read more

Sure the wait is a bit longer than other doctor's offices however it's much better care than the Vernon location and other agreed medical examiner. I Went to Temple Medical Center and Us Healthworks in Vernon. At both those locations I was told the county has negotiated with their companies to return employees to work regardless of pain or injury and not to dispense medication. Wow, what do I care about negotiations made. Commerce Healthworks doctor Hoa and PA Bullard genuinely seemed concerned with my injury and treating it appropriately. They did not discuss contracts and negotiations made with my employer. Have a little faith in the doctor's at this facility. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would! The communication is terrible , the wait time is worst!!! People come in this place to be taken care of and get some sort of help. Not the case , these doctor's don't give a rat's ass, these people are clearly here only for a paycheck. The staff are lazy as hell, its irritating having to wait over 45 minutes just for a work status update and the next appointment. I asked the front desk staff what was the hold up she literally had a stack of files which she claimed to be working on, which was apparently also other pts work statuses .... uhh if you have them stacked up that's a sign that you've been failing to get them out of the way as you receive them smdh!! Unprofessional and slow facility. Management of time and employees is very inefficient. I waited for 2-1/2 hours without being called once, and not given a single courtesy notice until I asked. The receptionist asked someone handling patients how much longer I would have to wait and she returned with a grin on her face and I was told that I wouldn't be seen for another 45 minutes to an hour. There were 4 other patients who experienced the same issue. Marcos Flores, the manager took in a patient who was asked if she was given a mask. She too waited a long time, then was called in by the manager. That terrified me, if she were sent there for an airborne disease couldn't that be harmful to everyone in that facility? Amazing service for urgent care, I wasn't expecting this due to the reviews, as soon as I walked in, they asked me why I was there , stated my reasons, and they moved me into a room quickly offered ice packs until the doctor was available, they also kept coming to check on me frequently and made me feel beyond comfortable. The staff was nothing more than amazing, I got treated and had x rays done in less than 2 hours and I was out the door. read more

This cant be right, had appointment at 2:45pm, wast taken in to exam room at 4pm. Medical assistant took vitals the most time spend 8mins, she said Doctor will be with you soon. Soon?? An hour later the Doctor comes in states ok you've discharged yourself gave a few tips on activities and said your'e done have a seat relax and wait 10 minutes for your paperwork. I had gotten cut at work on Wednesday from cleaning a cooler and cut my finger with a medal part of the cooler. And it was recommended for me to come here and get a tetanus shot. So I did. It was recommended by my job. So I went, they cleaned up my finger and gave me a shot. It went good and they scheduled me a 12pm friday appointment today. I go to my scheduled appointment and they called me in. All the doctor said regarding my cut was "That's it?" and told me to go. He said he's gotta kick me out. Okay so why was I scheduleded for an appointment. What a waste of my time and it was embarrassing. I was hoping to get looked at by a Randy Bond because he saw me on Wednesday, but some other doctor saw me. It was around 12:50-1:00pm he saw me. He was an older Caucasian man with white hair and glasses. I didn't catch his name. I had cut my finger cleaning a cooler at work and was cut by a medal piece. Customer service suck here. If it is easy and convent keep going here. But if you ever need anything be willing to pay. I had my purse stolen and my lab report was in my purse. I called to get another copy. No problem, for $25 dollars I can get a copy of my one page lab test. The test cost $35. Thanks for nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor. First thing you have to know, you're going to be waiting a long time to finally get seen. Each time I have come in during my doctors appointments I'm kept waiting one to two hours to finally get seen. The good thing is at least their physical therapists help out and they provided me with a heating pad, cold pack, anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxers, and some acetaminophen for my injury. I was given a sheet with other open urgent cares, but when I suggested to the receptionist (did not catch his name) they update their website to match what they offer on the weekend (work related urgent care only) he said, " I know what you mean but that's why I gave you the sheet." I mean seriously does this place need anymore bad reviews? This place is ridiculous! Came in with my husband for his workers comp. His knee hurts to the point where he cant even go down a staircase without his knee hurting. These "doctors" who shouldn't even call themselves that, clearly dont care about their patients health. They are more focused on saving employers insurance companies money and are not on the side of the hurt employees. After a 5 1/2 hour wait, yes FIVE and a half hour wait, my husband was given a knee brace and tylenol. Seriously? ! We could have saved time and just went to cvs to get that. They took xrays and didnt even bother to show my husband the xrays. My husband was refused an MRI because thats the "process" of workers comp. On top of that, staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. The Doctors here are nice and so is most of the staff but if you have a scheduled appointment, don't count on being seen for AT LEAST 1-2 hours after your appointment time and all that to be seen by the doctor for less than a couple of minutes.....the waiting is HORRIBLE in this place and it's always the same excuse, we only have 1 doctor on duty but when you go to the back, there's 2 or 3 there. I have a work injury and was send here but services here are plain horrible. I just don't understand what's the point of giving people appointments they're not going to see you until after an hour or two or even later. So you are going to wait a long time just to see the Dr for a few minutes. Like today I had a Dr appointment at 10am and a chiropractor at 10:30. I waited 30 mins to see the Dr but I didn't see him still waiting on lobby so I went to the chiropractor appointment came back an hour later and let them know I still needed to see the Dr waited another 30 mins now is a bit afternoon. I went to the front desk to let her know It was already 2 hours since I got there and I continue to wait to see the Dr. I was told that they had a lot of new patients with work related injuries. Honestly I don't care how many new patients you have. If you have an appointment you should be priority. I don't understand why I have to wait so long even with and appointment that's ridiculous. This place is like a travel agency overbooked and not enough staff to get patients in and out. Needs a lot more organization and staff to keep patients moving. Who ever is in charge needs to stop being cheap and hire more staff also work on a better strategy because so far whatever he/she has in place is obviously not working. I always have to wait several hours before getting out. You wait to get a room, you wait to see the Dr while waiting 30 plus mins in room you wait to get discharged.
