SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP The receptionist has such a bad attitude, she's rude and not very helpful at all and when I called back after leaving the office cause she wouldn't help me she was even more disrespectful. The best! Dr Denise Najera is an extremely knowledgeable chiropractor. I'm a dancer and often get injuries from stiff neck strains to lower back pains, I've had it all. Place doesn't even accept certain insurance companies just because they are lazy and they don't even reach back to you takes like forever unless u call they practically forget about you if u come here make sure u have the right insurance otherwise they won't attend u, also front desk lady is very rude I don't recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a hard time read more

Was referred by a friend and have been coming here, periodically, for years. Dr. Najera is a professional that always cures the problem. At times, I've gone in with very bad back pain and thankfully, she has the expertise to set me straight! Her series of treatments work! I like the fact that she takes time to explain the problem and her plan on how to eliminate the pain and improve the situation. She also takes time to suggest what I can do or change, so that the problem doesn't reoccur. Dr. Najera is a wonderful doctor that cares about her patients. I took my daughter to her dentist appointment next door and she was able to see us regardless of her busy schedule. Thank you for your response. I'm glad that it doesn't represent your values. However, the staff you hire and trust to represent your company needs to be re-evaluated or retrained. I scheduled my appointment at your facility due to the fact that I was in pain. She showed no compassion or empathy for me as a patient. Although you may not have been aware of what was happening, I highly doubt that it was an isolated incident. She seemed pretty adamant that she was correct even after I informed her that I work with medical insurance and I know the process. The problem is that she did nothing to resolve the incident. She could have just as easily said that it was a mistake and asked for me to be seen promptly since she was the one who caused the delay in my service. Instead, she put her pride above patient care and told me that I was already 15 minutes into my appointment and that I had to reschedule. read more
