I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected. Not only did I wait 3 hours to be called but some of the staff were very cold and rude. The back office Hispanic lady doing the drug screen was the worst employee I encountered there. Not greeting the patient, not giving instructions. I was left in a room and not told where to go. I had to look for the staff. She looked frustrated complaining they were busy and only two people doing drug screens. Never apologized for the wait time. Not only was she rude to me but to other staff members. I had to tell her she was being rude and not polite. That's not how you treat patients. The office experience was the lost unsettling for me. Upon arrival, I stood in line while a consumer that was in front of me, was being helped. There were two receptionist at the desk. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by either one although I'm positive I was seen standing directly behind the consumer that was being helped. After standing for about 3-4 minutes, the consumer in front of me was done and I was next. The rep quickly looked at me and said, "sign on the yellow and have a seat until you're called". Now, why did you have me stand here for almost 4 minutes, only to tell me to sign in and have a seat? I was furious and that, unfortunately, set the tone for my visit. There was a patient behind me and-guess what? She helped him immediately! I signed in and went to sit down and, before I could put my purse down, the other rep at the front desk called me up. Not the best customer service or patient concern at all. I completed the requested paperwork on the Concentra website prior to visiting to make my visit smoother but I was handed a clipboard with the same paperwork to complete AGAIN. I told the rep that I had already completed it and she said it didn't show up so "maybe it wasn't recorded". The gentleman that conducted my tests and screening was helpful and the doctor was quick-even congratulated me on my new job. They both were professional and made my visit a little better. Worse experience from the from desk to the back no bedside manners . I was saw Pa , Shon Sammy was very unprofessional, made me feel like my pain and concerns weren't valid. It clearly felt like let me get you in and out , the Dr stated he was going to send meds to my pharmacy and then changed his mind and said I'll just give you what we have here an ointment Questioned why ? if he stated he was going to send something to my pharmacy the doctor didn't give me clear answer just said just take the ointments from here. You would think you'll get the basics for medical care right? I did inform the medical assistant about the doctor horrible bedside manners before leaving. It clearly felt like these doctors are there for the pay, not for the patients wellbeing. Sorry but these employees aren't qualified to work in this facility but unfortunately that's what public insurance gets. As I came for a physical one of the nurses was very unqualified and did not seem to know what Diabetes is and the difference between type 1 and 2, this ignorant employee asked to give me a sweet, high carb juice, when seeing that my glucose level was above the norm for a type 1 insulin dependent. Which could have caused a keto acidosis. I am very upset and I satisfied with this unqualified place. Don't come here people! read more

I come here 3x a week for PT. And my PT is great but what makes this establishment get a 1 star is how rude and obnoxious the front desk girl is. She is so impatient and unprofessional when people come in, she is giggling and gossiping to her other colleagues and I can be waiting forever if she's not notifying the PT that I am here because she doesn't really care about the patients. I have found a couple of times that throughout my session I feel like I am being watched, judged, gossiped by this older lady that still acts like she's in high school. Dont waste tour time. I was injured and told to come get a xray a week later since the xray tech was taking forever. Oh they are only there once a week btw so dont bother expecting a xray any other days. Waited for over a hour and 20min after muly appointment time then waited another 50min for the doc to see me for maybe 10min. Waited another hour for my xray which they told me to come back a week later and come early since i had pt.
