Dr. Mole is the BEST! I love her energy and the compassion she showed me. Shes also real and just cool. The best part was that I did a walk in visit for a work injury and she saw me right away. She did not keep me waiting at all. The other nurse too was super helpful and cheery! I wish I could remember her name but her name tag in her office is in room 1 with the Barbie sign! I think it was Andrea or Nicole something like that! I loved her she's so empathetic too and funny. Also I went again today for a follow up on my concussion and the receptionist Katie is AMAZING! She right away got the assistance I needed and I was quoted an hour wait but she got me in in 10 minutes! Dr. Kyle Peterson is also AMAZING and needs to be promoted asap. He recommended I go to the ER and caught a huge thing that most drs would've missed with my eyes that indicated a possible slow brain bleed. I don't know what will happen now but his level of care and concern for me was enough for me to go.. they likely will admit me for more tests but I am grateful he saw something I didn't notice and no one else around me did either! Worst service, second time in this location. First time they said no x-ray service so I had to go to the rolling hills location, then today, I waited an hour after I checked in, nobody is sitting in the front desk, byt I hear people talking and laughing in the ba k. An hour later someone came out and spoken to the patient before me and said they do not have WiFi and so they couldn't do x ray. I overheard and had to ask someone about it to confirm and said yes. The staff had no sense of urgency. Stay away from this place. read more

The nurse, Rebecca is fantastic. If our visit was with her, this would easily be a 5 star visit. However, our (respectfully unnamed nurse practitioner care provider) is another story. We wanted her to remove a tip of a rose thorn. I failed to remove it all at home. The wound closed up, and we realized there was more left in. 1) Why were we moved to room 4 that has the 'extra bright light for such procedures,' and THE LIGHT REMAINED UNPLUGGED THE ENTIRE TIME? 2) Why did the PCP NOT WEAR SAFETY GOOGLES.? 3) Why did the PCP NOT USE A MAGNIFYING GLASS? My wife's hobby is gardening so this is not our first rodeo. Her memory slips and she sometimes forgets to use gloves. We wonder if she really tried to remove the splinter. Even worse, Does she know HOW to remove a splinter? It's still in my wife's finger after the incision, so apparently not. read more

I came in for spinal X-rays after a zip-line accident because I was concerned about a possible back injury. After what felt like a very rushed visit, Dr. Keith Stamley reviewed my imaging and told me everything looked fine. However, I continued to experience significant pain, and about a month later I sought a second opinion. Another doctor identified three spinal fractures that were completely missed during my initial visit. In addition, I was not given any treatment or recommendations to manage inflammation or pain at the time. Missing fractures like this is extremely concerning, as delayed diagnosis of spinal injuries can lead to more serious complications (like permanent paralysis) if not properly managed. read more

My insurance has provided them with updated info and Exer refuses to budge. So I had to file a compliant with the state medical board, fraudulent charge dispute with my bank and my insurance is doing everything to help me with that. read more

We took our 2yr old here with a suspected spiral fracture of her tibia. This place wasted 3 hours of our time and left our 2yr old in pain only to tell us after hours of waiting that they couldn't get their xray machine to work and to go to the ER. We also would have completely missed the fact this was serious if we hadn't been on ChatGPT and advocating hard for her. They were slow, dismissive, uninformed and useless. Came here a month or so ago due to extreme head pain that wasn't responding to pain medicine or anything. I was checked in with ease & only sat in waiting room for 5 minutes before getting taken to a room. After that it was less than 5 minutes again when the provider came in to assess my symptoms . I was reassured very quickly & given a swab test to see about any underlying illness. My results came in the next day and I was prescribed antibiotics that gave me relief by the end of the next day. Be careful with this urgent care. I paid my visit in full and now they are billing me seperately. They say they don't have access to the billing department or anything billing related but they tendered my bill when I was seen which doesn't make sense. The billing department does not answer the phone at all and more than likely will not and will try and send this payment to collections. Very bad service from this urgent care. Horrible. Long wait times, rude nurses and doctor. I told the nurse that the blood pressure sleeve was tight and it hurts and she said "I think some people are just nervous when they come into the doctors office" and that wasn't the case at all. Way to gas light a patient. I believe the nurses name was Arias or something. I bruised immediately after so that's how I know it was definitely too tight. I know how it works I've gotten many done before and I knew that this one was off which is why she also had to re-do it. I've been to Emergency rooms filled to the brim with patients and they have shown more kindness and care towards patients compared to this establishment with around 6 other people in their waiting rooms. The doctor asked me what I was in for, no hello or how are you. Grilled me about paperwork that was filled out that wasn't supposed to be filled out by me (the receptionist gave it to me to fill out, though I read it it only had information my name, birthdate, identification info and some random questions. So following directions, I filled it out just for the doctor to tell about why it's filled out and if I had other paperwork to fill and when I corrected her and told her the receptionist gave this to me to fill out, which I did and that's all the paperwork I needed she then comes back in with a nicer attitude after I matched her energy and she probably figured that THEY were the problem. The receptionist obviously doesn't know protocol because she gave ME the patient things to fill out that was for the doctor. WTH! Just a very unpleasant experience- definitely won't be back, if ever needed. Happy I now know! Thankfully I wasn't sick and just needed a waiver because I can't imagine being sick and already uncomfortable to then have someone who's supposed to care for you make you feel uncomfortable, gas light you, and then grill you. Remember, you're in the business of caring for people. Treating them also means treating people with kindness as well. You aren't doing anything for free- we pay you. She sent the nurse to hand me my paperwork and she just handed it to me, no thank you or have a nice day or anything. Super sucky attitudes. read more

I was not satisfied by the care I received here. They charged me $90 extra and didn't swab my throat to see what bacterial infection I had. Plus they didn't make sure the cvs had my medication. I had to call around and drive far, only to see that the provider hadn't called in one of the medications. I felt that they wanted to pass me along here. I'll never go back here. Very disappointed. I step inside the urgen care due to a finger infection. I had a Bee sting and I was trying to suck in the bee venom and doing that, I get my finger infected. Terrible urgent care! My fiancé came in for foot tendonitis when his ortho couldn't see him, and the doctor ordered an xray and sent him away because there weren't any fractures. He paid $100 to be sent away without a simple medrol dose pack or a boot. So today we had to pay $250 to go to the ER, to only be prescribed a medrol dose pack, a boot, and crutches. This urgent care has no means to care for you and instead sends you away after you tell the provider that you have a continuous issues and your specialist sent you here because there weren't any available appointments. Don't spend your money at this urgent care, they give you rude attitudes and dismiss your complaints. read more

Out of all the Exers in our area, this one is my favorite. So often when our family needs a same day appointment with any of our PCPs, we can't get in--so we head to an Exer. This office has become my favorite because of the shorter wait times, quick and efficient check-ins, and kind medical professionals. This location is clean and fairly new, and is bright without the gloomy, outdated feel of some other medical suites. Most importantly, the times we have gone in, we have been treated with individual care, a feature truly lacking in so many doctor's offices these days. The staff in this office have friendly, yet professional personalities, and do a good job of listening to patients. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. Because I would not let her Xerox my drivers license. She refused to see me as a patient. It's the first time this is ever happened to me. I had a broken finger and she refused to take an x-ray for me even though I offered to pay upfront. I was happy to show them my drivers license but not copied. Currently in waiting room - I am experiencing what several others have.... Completed paperwork, told 2 ahead of me and so far, 4 have gone back. When I asked, she said the last one had an appointment. I've been here 1hour and 15 minutes since completing paperwork. If you're in a hurry don't consider the number of people ahead of you because it's not accurate, apparently. Once, I was seen, the dr was amazing and was able to get an x-ray and diagnosis. I did, in fact, wait one and a half hours to be seen. I was more annoyed that I was told 2 people were ahead of me when I checked in. Then, appointments were also taken ahead of waiting patients. I understand they would have priority but, it would be more honest to tell waiting patients a more accurate number of patients in front of them so, the wait time expectation is more accurate. Cold and flu symptoms took me to EXER Urgent care this Saturday early morning. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Michelle who helped check me in. I was happy when I found out my co-payment with my insurance plan was only $35.00. The Medical Assistants are so kind and I got in right away to see Aaron, the Nurse Practitioner. Wow !! I got treated so well by Dr. Aaron, he really took the time and was genuinely concerned with my overall well being. Kudos to all of the staff !! I sincerely appreciate the wonderful care I got, and would highly recommend EXER as an urgent care. No joke, I was in and out within 40 minutes. I'll start by saying I tend to be quite critical/judgemental when it comes to health care providers. That's why I wanted to write this review. Eight days before I was scheduled for a major surgery, I got sick with what felt like a flu. Rescheduling the surgery would have been quite a calamity for various reasons. My Covid tests were negative, so I came to the clinic to get Tamiflu in hopes it would shorten the course of the flu and allow me to proceed with the surgery. Dr. Sincuir was amazing. She took an efficient but careful history, listened to my lungs, looked at my PulseOx and told me I had bacterial pneumonia, not the flu, and needed antibiotics. I argued that I'd had pneumonia before and it didn't feel/look like this. So she did a flu test, which confirmed it was not the flu. I felt doubtful and truly worried, because taking antibiotics for a viral infection can delay recovery. But the flu test was compelling evidence, so I decided to trust her advice. She said I should feel like I was turning a corner within 48 hours of starting the 5-day antibiotic prescription, and instructed me to come back in two days if that was NOT the case. I took the first dose of antibiotics and within a few hours, was feeling WAY sicker than I had that morning. My breathing became so bad that I was panting like a dog, but really struggling to get any air. I was coughing up a lot of crud and felt so horrible I couldn't even read or watch TV, just dozed in and out for hours propped upright on the couch, trying to catch my breath. At that time, I remembered my microbiology teacher explaining why sometimes when you start the antibiotics, if they are they right ones, you may feel even sicker for a period of hours while the antibiotics sort of flare the infection, before that shifts to the antibiotics winning the war. To my great relief, Dr. Sincuir was right! The next morning, my breathing was normalizing. By 48 hours after the first antibiotic dose, I could see my body was significantly better. By the end of the 5 days of antibotics, I felt confident that I would be able to proceed with the surgery in a few days. My doctors listened to my lungs the morning of my surgery and confirmed everything sounded good. The 4 &1/2 hour surgery went perfectly, and I am recovering well. I commend Dr. Sincuir because I know a lot of doctors can cave in to pushy, argumentative patients - which is how I was that day. (and I apologize for that!) She made an accurate diagnosis before my body even showed me just how sick I was. Her focus, expertise and excellent communication skills helped me to do the right thing and I am forever grateful to her! Every person I dealt with at the clinic (front desk, nurses, etc) was kind, positive, efficient and helpful. It was amazingly helpful to get the antibiotics there at Urgent care, instead of having to drive to a pharmacy after my visit. They are a dedicated group who took excellent care of me! read more

A few minutes later, Alejandro called us in, swabbed us all, and we were out before our 3rd appointment's scheduled time. Our results were received about 90 minutes later via text and email.
