This place is so unorganized and so unprofessional. I would never come here if I didn't have to due to a work injury. One example is after getting here before open and standing in a line to get checked in, one of the front desk staff started taking people from the very back of the line, a line of at least 20 people. Came for an on the job injury. They provide masks and you must be masked up to be there. Only patient can be there no kids or support people allowed they will be told to leave. I witnessed a women come in with two kids and wanted to be seen, she was told that the kids could not be allowed and she was not happy and remarked that when she called about coming in someone should have mentioned this. Good that masks and hand sanitizer was available. Dr was ok to deal with, he was hard to understand as English was a second language. I had to wait awhile to get my APF form and another appointment scheduled. Overall time there was 2 hours or just over. I've never experienced a good positive visit in the past few years it was better as USHW. read more

Came here two different time in the same week. They had a line at 7:30am and remained super busy all day. Insane! The staff in the morning were very chill and worked well together. The wait times are crazy but they are very short staffed. Having worked in clinics and hospitals before I get it. Just know that if you come here the wait will be long and the staff has been working short staffed for a while. Let's not make it worse on them by acting crazy. Many places are running with little staff. Plan appropriately, change up your phone and headphones, bring a book. 5 stars for the excellent staff at the front desk. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars! I went into Concentra for a very irregular heartbeat and nausea. I was waiting in the exam room for three hours after they took my blood pressure! Not one person came in after that for the 3 hours I waited! Not even an ECG was done during the entire 3 hours I was there. They should have done an ECG as soon as I was brought back to the room! After three hours, I opened the door and asked if they remembered I was here. They said yes, but they only have one provider and I was next. After waiting 30 minutes after that, I finally walked out and told them to cancel my visit. I went to the Veteran's Affairs Hospital I get better care. Since they said provider I assume it wasn't even a medical doctor, probably a physicians assistant or an advanced registered nurse practitioner. Not only that, but they asked confidential questions at the front desk at check-in! This was my second visit there. The first one found a very rude office manager and long wait times too! They don't give you an ETA when you get in. At one point a guy went to the front desk and said he had been waiting an hour for a drug screen. I hope someone important within the company sees this. I stopped in to get a drug screening. The woman that greeted me was very nice, polite and friendly. It was about 1115 on a Friday. I was in the waiting room and there was another blonde woman behind the desk. She was RIDICULOUS. She was cursing, being rude to everyone behind the counter and yelling to the lobby that, "If you came here for a drug screening you have to actually pee." Then started laughing really loud. She also told her coworker to "stop asking people for sh**". She actually said that. I was shocked. I have never seen such inappropriate behavior in a clinic. I will never, ever come here again. the doctors and staff are pleasant and I understand they have a lot on their plate but, I had a dot physical done and the doctor required a sleep study to complete the paperwork so I was given a 3 month temporary. I did the sleep study and submitted the results by email as I was instructed to do it the staff never processed the study so the doctor could finish the paperwork and so they charged me an additional $130.00 for another physical. i am now paying for their incompetence in processing the paperwork. read more

Bruce seen me for a work place injury and barely looked at me before letting me know that the pain I've had ( that I only have had since I got injured at work) was because I was over weight. If that was the case how did I not have pain before I was injured at work? When I press the issue with him and suggest maybe I need further examination other then him just pulling in my leg he says all I need is ibuprofen. I barely received care. When you work as a doctor you should listen to your patients since you can't feel their pain. There is no wonder this place has terrible reviews and I would recommend not coming here for any reason at all. They're barely going to look at you then bill your insurance for their sub par efforts. It looks like they give a degree to anyone that wants to call themselves a doctor now. As a doctor you should at least put minimal effort into discovering what is causing your patient pain other then pulling on their legs and chalking it up to weight. These guys are horrible. Came in at 11am and it's about to be 1pm. Their pink sign says to sign in and someone will call me up but after waiting for an hour I noticed someone came in and signed in and the front desk people gave them papers to fill out. Mind you, nobody called me up yet. That person came in for the same reason I did which was to complete and L&I claim and the only reason why I knew they were in for the same reason is because they were talking loud. They ended up getting called up before me and so did someone else that came in AFTER me. If I didn't have to complete this claim just to go back to work.. When I first walked in they acted like it was weird that I was there to be seen for urgent care. I had a persistent, painful sore throat. They wouldn't see me without a picture of a negative Covid test, which I'm glad I called before and knew. Then when I finally got a room, I sat there for about an hour. The ARNP who treated me didn't want to speak the whole time. He seemed like I was disrupting his day, whereas the other two nurses were polite and nice and talked to me like normal. When the ARNP checked me out, he basically threw his hands up and said, "well did you gargle with salt water?" and that was the extent of treatment. He agreed to do a strep swab like a last minute thought, and it ended up coming back positive. He walked back in like he was annoyed that he was wrong because he tried to convince me for 3 solid minutes that I didn't have it and should try lozenges. Then he said he was putting me on a 10-day dose of penicillin, one pill twice a day. When I got the meds from the pharmacy, it was only enough for 5 days at that dose.... I hate going to the doctor specifically for these encounters: no one seems to listen or take me seriously, can't get pain killers for anything, nurses acting like know-it-alls and not wanting to treat anything. Worse service ever, the receptionist are super rude, they dont even do eye contact when speaking to patients, they look like thay have no clue on what they are doing and on filling paperwork. There was a few people asking for certain documents, ID wasnt even requested to release the information, the patient even asked: arent you gonna ask for my ID? Receptionist said: it doesnt apply to your case. I came in for a Drug test for a new employment, I had to go really bad, other clinics would have given a cup and get it done, but this they sent me to seat down and wait another 15mins!! So I had to seat and hold. The receptionist didnt even seem concerned. (Of course it wasnt her who needed to go) There is no privacy, I could hear everything from the waiting room, whatever what was going on in the therapy place etc. I hope never have to come back to this place. read more

This place is terrible! The nurses and people that works there except for the only one doctor think so highly of themselves and dont care about you. They had me for 2 hours in a room to wait for the doctor after i asked if I can wait outside and just give me a phone call if the doctor is seeing the patient waiting in front of me. This is not their first rodeo yet they ensure to make you wait instead of completing something else outside of their building. I couldve completed so many errands with those two hours im in their room. The only reason im here is to get drug testing and my physical for my new job. Everything in there is a joke! I came here because I could not hear from one of my ears. I had no other flu symptoms. The dr said there was nothing he could do and I need to wait it out. No medicine or anything else was offered. He said if there were no changes in 3-4 days to call them and they could send me to a specialist. I called 4 days later with no changes and they insisted on me coming back up for another check up prior to sending me to a specialist. I didn't want to do this because now they could charge me for two visits. They insisted, stated it would be cheaper because it was a follow up. I am here waiting now and I have been for almost 2 hours now because they "have no spots available with my same doctor". I have watched him come through eating and flirting with the front girls as I am still here waiting. In the meantime I have watched 6 people come in and go back because they are just getting the first come first serve dr. They do not care about you here in any way. I wish I would have never came. So disrespectful. I would highly recommend going somewhere else! Now I was just informed as I am sitting in the waiting room that It would be an additional 45 minutes wait time. I'm not sure if it's just this location or if it's the entire USH system, but a zero star review is probably more appropriate for their business practices. Now, I can't say the red review flags weren't out before we went in, but they were the only people open and my kid needed a last-second physical for her middle school sports team (yeah - this could have been avoided with any sort of advance planning, but I got stuck cleaning up the "crisis", so my options were limited). The staff wasn't unpleasant, and the service was ok, so they have that going for them, but that's not the issue. Where they failed miserably is in billing. A sports physical could have counted as my kid's annual physical and been 100% covered as preventive care by our insurance carrier, OR at very least, it should have been coded as an office visit with a $35 copay. Instead they coded the visit as "other service" and the insurance company rejected the claim. Ok, so not so bad, right? A mis-coded claim is no big deal IF YOU KNOW ABOUT IT. So here's the problem: USH contracts their AR out to a billing and collection outfit called Capital Recovery Corp in Alpharetta who didn't bother sending us a bill until several months after the visit... To be more specific, they sent three billing notices in rapid succession with the USH logo on the bill and a toll free contact number that was answered as if it were USH's billing department, which I suppose it technically is. I called them and spoke to an agent who seemed to be pretty helpful and agreed that we likely had a mis-coded claim and not to worry - he'd note it in my account for resubmission to our insurance carrier. I called back a month later for a status update and was again told not to worry - it was in process. Fast forward another month and a threatening debt collection notice arrives (same invoice form, but now from CRC, no longer pretending to be USH). I called my insurance carrier and they have no record of a claim resubmission. Calls and emails to CRC to try to address the problem weren't returned. This actually isn't for a big dollar amount, but due to their vendor's incompetence, I now have to spend time and effort to involve the C-suite at USH to get this petty billing garbage resolved and perhaps persuade them to clean up their act. So, next time around I'll go for one of the locally based and better run non-profits who open an hour later. If these people are your only / last resort option, read the other reviews so you know what to expect, set your expectations suitably, and then watch their billing process like a hawk. Updated 7/14: mid week, I got a response to this review from what appeared to be USH corporate asking me to call a toll free number to have this addressed (ok, at least they read complaints). Didn't have the time to call at that moment and figured I'd get to it later in the week. Fast forward to today and the response is gone along with the phone number to call. GREAT!!! Clean? Yes. Friendly and helpful? Not really. When I called and said "I need to see a doctor, and I'll have to bring my son with me," they neglected to mention that children twelve (read: TWELVE YEARS OLD) and under may NOT accompany a parent/guardian to the appointment. Not knowing this, I packed up my kid and drove all the way over, only to be turned away. I was embarrassed not to mention in pain and in need of medicine. They only offered for me to fill out paperwork and then wait to see if someone could watch him. I left in a huff. I could have easily flipped out, but I was embarrassed and in pain, and just wanted to get out of there. I will not be going back, nor will I recommend this business who have children who aren't teenagers. I am sure that they have their reasons for this policy, but it is not convenient for those who take care of small children. read more

My experience was of delight. The staff was super friendly. I made a point to ask them how their day was too though. In urgent care I can only imagine the days are roller coasters. The day I made a visit they weren't very busy. They were super friendly and I was able to get in and out. Grateful for their hearts of service. All the best to the staff there everyday! read more

On the day I felt that I needed to get check for a potential flu illness, I made a walk in visit. It was late, and by 6:15pm, I was officially checked in. I was given a mask since it was very obvious that I was ill. By 7:10pm I was finally called in to see the doctor. Even though I was a bit frustrated of the wait, the doctor was very professional and apologetic since she explain that she was the only doctor left for the night. With that being said, I understand completely. She gave me my prescriptions and adviced me to return if my symptoms does not decrease. On the next two days, my symptoms have not decrease enough for me to have a comfortable day, but seeing that I needed a request refill from the doctor, I have no choice but to drive myself while feeling very ill back to this clinic. This was Saturday morning at 9am, receptionist said that all appointments are all booked, and the wait is about an hour. So by 9:45am, I was checked in. By 11am I was getting very uncomfortable since I'm still waiting to see the doctor, and worst is that I'm very ill, fighting this fever that comes and goes, along with this urge of vomiting at the same time. Finally by 12:10pm I was finally called in to see the doctor. I was place in this room that consist of this ammonia odor, which I asked the nurse about, but she insisted that its nothing since she just finish cleaning this room herself. By 1:37pm there was still no doctor, so I open the door and ask what really is going on. Then this female employee that I could only assume the nurse who is in charge, made a direct respond at me with a most disrespectful, degrading, rude attitude without asking or even having any considerations or understanding of what I might be going through as a patient who is very ill from this flu, directly made it clear to me that I have no obligations of staying and I am free to leave. That since I am a walk in, I am in no place to make any demands and I am free to make an appointment with a doctor by Monday. What I later found out that once again, this clinic was operating with one doctor only. But they were still accepting walk ins regardless of knowing the potential wait. Worst of all the nurses in this clinic, does not make any considerations or any understanding to the patients of providing some comfort explanations. A simple quick explanations will ease the mind that we are still remembered and not forgotten. Specially to the patients that have been sitting in the clinic room for almost an hour. Arguing with a sick patient does not resolve any situation, otherwise you need resign and leave the nursing career to others who really deserves the position. The only people who deserves credit are the 2 doctors that deserves more than what they are receiving. They are over work and very much under staff with the worst attitude nurses who hates their jobs. If your in need of urgent care, do not come to this clinic, unless your comfortable to wait up to 4 hours just to see the one doctor that's in charge for the whole day. read more

Worst care I have ever had. First and last time I Ever go there. Front staff was kind. MA was kind. Lack of Care I received from ARNP AWFUL. I had travelers diarrhea for 6 days and was referred by another clinic to get fluids. The ARNP from another facility called ahead to US Healthworks to make sure they would be able to provide me with fluids. US Healthworks told her yes. The ARNP from US Healthworks advised me to drink Gatoraide because they had no fluids and they told the referring ARNP that they had fluids...?The US Healthworks ARNP advised me to take Immodium for the diarrhea. Well that only stopped the diarrhea but not the urge to go which created more pain so I immediately stopped that advice. They had no lab kits so I had to go to a lab that did. They were awful as well and did an incorrect job at instruction collection and testing so my results were false. The worst part of this all is she did NOT prescribe me a Broad spectrum antibiotic to at least get them on board. She told me I would have to wait for the results before she would prescribe me any medication. So after another 7 days of diarrhea, I went to Indigo Urgent care. The ARNP and Physician were shocked that she did NOT at least prescribe me medication. It was later determined I had ecoli. They gave me Cipro and literally in 3 days I felt better yet very dehydrated with a high heart rate from all the fluid loss. I was also billed for this visit and paid it...wanting to fight it but passed on the drama involved because what did she do for me? I had to seek help elsewhere. I hope corporate reads my story. You need to retrain your staff to follow your values and if one of them is caring and treating ill patients this will give you a rude awkening that it did NOT happen for me at this location. Came here with my girlfriend as she is sick, almost an hour to check her in, another hour to get called, and she just texted me and told me she still hasent seen a doctor yet... It really isnt that busy today with approx 3 people in the lobby. I must say I am extremely dissappointed speed of the service. Needless to say I had someone pick me up and I made it back home to meet other appointments and still a doctor hasent seen my girlfriend yet. Absolutely terrible. The place looks ghetto, dirty, and pathetic. They have duct tape and plastic covering over parts of the waiting room because of leaks. Duct talpe on the floor to prevent tripping over damaged floor tiles. Dust so thick on the filters for the air systemw. The front desk has broken wood, missing and chipped paint, and even the water cooler is broken so no water to drink for a drug test. Now, they do have a empty pitcher sitting on the front desk, and I personally would not want to drink out of it because of germs. Wait times are terrible. 3 hours just to get a work physical. The place is filthy, and screams for a complete demolition. I would highly suggest going to any other urgent care facility. I know UW has some nice urgent cares. I'm writing this review as I sit in the waiting room. I arrived at 12:13 pm on a Wednesday and it's now 2:50 pm. I have yet to be seen for a rapid UA drug screen and PPD placement. As a traveling nurse that works in clinics I can attest that this is 5-10 minute ordeal. The staff I've encountered so far has a total lack of urgency. I've been told twice that I'd be the next person called back but have seen 2 other patients called back since then. Multiple times now have I seen the staff at the front counter talking incredibly loudly with each other and to patients about private patient information regarding results and procedures. There is ALWAYS supposed to be someone at the front desk in case of emergency. Waited for half an hour with no one in the lobby for a TB skin test. I'm an MA and it takes less than 3 min to place a TB test. It's already 5:15pm on a Saturday and I'm still waiting. Left so disappointed. read more

This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with any doctor's office. I should have read the reviews first. Do NOT go here. I went to urgent care for an extremely swollen knee. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room and another 3 hours in the back room. The doctor was nice enough. After the exam, she began to walk away and as an afterthought on her way out the door she asked if I would like brace. I agreed. 50 minutes later the nurse arrived with my brace. She watched me put it on. Due to the large amount of swelling I asked if it was okay to wear. She said yes, and then left. 3 Months later, my insurance sends me a statement, not U.S. Heath Works. 3.5 months later I still have not received my first bill. The summary on the insurance statement showed that the "afterthought" brace costed $359 dollars and was coded as a wrist orthopedic device (I hurt my knee). Furthermore, I was charged for "applied knee splint" costing $418. A splint was never applied. When I called to discuss a possibility of a mistake in the billing. I was treated poorly by 2 different employees. They told me that all charges are not negotiable and will not be reversed no matter the situation,but if I want, I can write a letter to complain about these charges. She then explained that this letter will not get the charges removed. After explaining to her that this is fraud, she ended the conversation with "how do you want to pay for your bill?" Wow! This office is terrible. They had me waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours everytime I needed to be seen. One particular time when they drew my blood, they ended up losing my bloodwork so I had to come in again and wait for 40 minutes until they realized that my bloodwork never got picked up from the lab, and by that time my bloodwork was no good and had expired. I was extremely upset and ended up getting the email address of one of the office managers to write a complaint, however she never ended up writing me back or calling me to apologize. Terrible patient service!! I've worked in the healthcare industry for 14 years at two well known hospitals who give fantastic patient care. I know what it takes to make a good medical office and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I've made sure to tell my other doctors who referred me here about my experience and they told me that they heard the same stories from other patients. I can understand and forgive if this was just one visit. This is several office visits where there always seems to be an issue. (And I am usually NOT a complainer.)
