This is a stop I highly recommend if you're feeling under the weather and are at least somewhat certain it's not something dire. This time I was smart and made an appointment (it's not difficult to get a next day appointment). This made the process much faster, as well as the fact that I had been before so they have my information. Front desk was wonderful - warm and efficient. Med tech was just fine although said something weird about "if this gets worse go to emergency" - huh? Is there something I should know? LOL. Doctor was just fine as well. This is my second time visiting and both visits were for very different reasons. Erika was my provider both times and she's so sweet and attentive, she doesn't rush you and is very thorough. Jay is very sweet and friendly, I called because I was stuck in traffic and running late and he was understanding. I love that you can book appts online which is what I've always done. I arrived at this location and was checked in at 6:55pm. Fully aware that they close at 8pm , I was informed that there were 3 patients ahead of me, 2 on the walk in list and one with an appointment. After completing paperwork the woman at the front desk by the name of Asthma came over to me and said that I could not be seen tonight due to the 2 people ahead of me on the walk in list confirming by text that they would be coming in.(as I was the only person in the waiting area at 7pm) I gathered my things and proceeded to wait in my car because I had a feeling I was just being ushered out because they wanted to wrap up the night. I waited in my car until 7:30 and saw no one enter the facility. I went back in and asked again why I was told I could not be seen if the two people ahead of me were not present. Asthma proceeded to lie and say they were in rooms waiting to be seen, until a nurse from the back came up and stated that was not the case. I was then told that patients have a 15 min grace period to arrive before their spot goes to the next in line. However by this time it was 7:30 and I proceeded to ask if there was a deadline for arrival during the last hour of the night and the nurse informed that any patient being seen must be in the office before 7pm. I was CLEARLY LIED to for the simple fact that they did not want to take anymore patients in the last hour. Asthma continued to go back and forth and the nurse kept stating the last hour is tricky for them because they see their last patient at 7. Keep in mind, if the cut off time to arrive for your visit is 7pm and I was the only patient in the waiting area..why could I not be seen. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Please be aware than Indigo Urgent Care does not bill as an Urgent care visit - but as a doctor visit and insurance will not cover it! I have been on the phone with them along with my insurance company and they refused to submit the bill with the correct code that my insurance agreed to pay. WHY? It was urgent care situation and came to here. I couldn't get any other doctors that time. I called here to get an appointment and visited. But walk-in available. It's a very clean environment and good guarantee. Quickly I meet Dr and solve the my problems. They prepared to ordered my medicines. Just needed call the pharmacy to pick-up my medicines. I sign in MyChart app. You can see all test results and ask any questions from app. Easy and so convenient services. Toddler had a case of nursemaid's elbow. We are not doctors but were pretty sure it'd be an easy fix for a trained medical professional to hopefully pop the elbow back into place. Front desk lady was friendly and sympathetic but told us they can't do pediatric x-rays at this location and we should try to do Seattle Children's. I told her I wasn't sure we needed an x-ray and was hoping the kid's elbow could just be looked at as it'd been overextended and there was no reason to think it was broken. Front desk lady (again, very empathetic) said she'd check with the provider to see if we could "skip the line", which isn't what were asking but we were grateful for the assistance. She came back and confirmed that they couldn't do an x-ray (??) and that an x-ray was highly recommended by the doctor because it could be a fracture. She then suggested we go to the Indigo emergency room in Federal Way. I was not about to go to an ER for a dislocated elbow but also was worried about my toddler's comfort. We ended up driving 50 minutes to Seattle Children's Urgent Care in Everett. Doctor there confirmed yup, nursemaid's elbow, popped his elbow back into place in literally 30 seconds, and was very confused when I gave her the x-ray story. No x-ray needed as this is apparently an incredibly routine pediatric diagnosis, there was no reason to assume a broken elbow, and she also confirmed the ER would be a complete waste of time and money for this type of thing. So again, appreciate the service we received at the front desk, and maybe I have unreasonable expectations of a non-pediatric clinic being able to diagnosis common pediatric injuries, but really confused on the insistence that an x-ray would be necessary or the suggestion we go to the emergency room. If the doctor had known how to treat nursemaid's elbow it would've saved us 2 hours driving to and from Everett tonight. read more

Are you a "Lone Wolf"? Can you imagine being sick, needing to go see a doctor, and not feeling well enough to stop for tea "and" juice? Well at this rapid care location you can be seen "and" grab tea and some apple juice/ and or cranberry juice. It's almost as if your mom designed a doctors office, kept it clean, and gave you snacks because you were too sick to get out the bed and go to the store! Im still in a state of shock. I mean the snacks and beverages were so good I'm thinking about faking an illness in-between paychecks and going in for lunch! To add more frosting to this homemade cupcake; the staff here was well trained and nicer then a Chic-fil-a worker at lunch time. Needless to say; due to the speedy wait times (there was hardly anyone at rush hour), friendly staff, and food and beverages I will be back! I came in this morning and spoke to a lady behind the counter. I was informed that this place does not accept our insurance but we can be seen if we put a $120 deposit down. We will be billed for the differences in price. The wait is about an hour right now. I was fined with that and went to get my wife in the car. Returning about 2 minutes later, we were greeted by a different woman behind the counter. We were then told that we cannot be seen because they are close to their capacity and have 17 patients waiting. There was nobody waiting in the lobby. I told her I just spoke to another employee who told me it was only about an hour wait before we will be seen. She doesn't know why we were told this when they had close to 60 walk-in patients since 8 am. How can there be 17 patients ahead of us when there is absolutely nobody waiting in the lobby. Each employee should be on the same page so they don't give the wrong information to their patients. read more

I came in here feeling really sick I had yellow mucus and a fever and trouble breathing. they told me I had the flu! I asked if I could get a nebulizer instead of an inhaler but the doctor lady was so rude. I came to the Er two days later, they did a chest X-ray and I have Pneumonia. It's disappointing you are told one thing and the front office staff do something opposite ( they state for walk in appointments if you leave you have 10mins to get back otherwise you have to go back to the end of the line) a lady came in 45mins after they sent her the text and they let her go back right away and then when checking in another patient the front desk lady is flirting with her saying you have nice lips! This urgent care is unprofessional and do not care about your time! I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone else! UW at valley would give you better service! This place was the worst urgent care that i ever been to. i went to get treated there and i had an appointment and was there for 4 hours but that wasn't even my issue. the people there are just rude when i called to ask about my test results because the medication they gave me didn't work. They explained that i needed to schedule an appointment and get charged all over again just to ask what my results meant. the receptionist hung up on me today when was just trying to ask a simple question. i will be filling an official complaint. I came in on a Saturday morning after the Immediate Clinic we usually go to had a power outage. Upon entering Indigo, you are greeted with a receptionist holding a tablet for you fill out your medical information. While doing so, they offer you coffee, tea, juice, or water. Super thoughtful gesture! They told me over the phone that the wait would be 30-60 minutes. I got there to an empty lobby and didn't wait at all after I entered my info into the tablet, maybe 15 minutes after arriving. The nurse was super friendly and right as she left the doctor came in. I was greeted with a handshake, despite being super sick. The doctor I saw was efficient and thorough. She was able to call in prescriptions for me, which were ready by the time I left Indigo and drove to the pharmacy. I felt like this was a clinic I had been coming to for years, even though it was my first time. I will be back, but hopefully not for a while (fingers crossed). I highly recommend scheduling an appointment online before coming in, as I hear Indigo gets pretty busy. read more

They were unhelpful rude, and unprofessional. They don't offer covid tests if you've tested positive before which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I am in need of urgent care because I'm having a very painful ailment and I need it treated ASAP considering my pain is 10 out of 10. I arrived to Multicare Indigo Urgent Care "Walk in Clinic" at 6:45pm. I don't have a vehicle so with my situation, I was unable to get there sooner. Both their website and their front door read that they are a "walk in clinic" that's open until 8:00PM. Again, I showed up at 6:45pm as a walk in needing urgent care. The receptionist who was a young girl looking to be of Asian descent asks me how she can help me. As soon as I tried to explain, she abruptly shut me down to tell me the doctor is an hour behind plus other patients before me and that the wait time exceeds their hours of operation. I explained that I was there for the exact same thing they treated me for last time & basically I just needed them to send order for the same antibiotics I was prescribed before, to my pharmacy. I can't imagine me seeing the doctor could last more than 10 min. Seeing as though that's how long last time took. But instead of being treated & getting medicine I so desperately need, she turned me away. I asked if I could wait Incase some patients before me go quick with their appointment. She just ignored me and kept trying to schedule me for the next day around mid-day. That's not good enough for me! I'm in terrible pain and my visit wouldn't be ore than a few minutes. How does she know if the wait time will exceed their hours of operation. What if the patients before me went quicker than she estimated? Then there would've been ample time to squeeze me in. Especially because I was an hour & 15 minutes before they closed and I need urgent care. The receptionist was dry, stand-ofish, and just seemed to be dismissing me as I was just bothering her. Now since I came here, there's not enough time to go to another clinic before they close so I'm screwed. So I don't get seen, I'm gonna have to continue suffering through my excruciating pain longer than necessary with no sort of relief from my sickness until half the day is over the following day?! I'm very upset, disapointed, any unhappy with the way the receptionist and this clinic has treated me. If they are open till 8 they should take patients until 8. I have nothing to do with why the doctor is an hour behind if that's even true. Not to mention, I've been turned away from here 1 other time when I was in desperate need of care. I DO NOT suggest this clinic for one to visit for any reason! To turn a sick patient away and hour & 15 min before your posted closing time is completely unfair and terrible to do to someone in need of URGENT CARE. There's no humanity factor or any sense of them actually wanting to help someone in need. Aren't those the two most important factors of any doctor or clinic?! Went here as a walk in, online didn't have any appointments available but I decided to go in and see how long the wait would be as a walk-in. Jay, the staff member at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and squeezed me in at 1:30pm which was only a few hours away. He remembered me when I came back and was also very friendly, helpful, and personable the 2nd time around. Cheyenne and Courtney were both helpful when I got to be seen for my issue. With the experience that I have had in the past with this clinic, I am sad to say that our visit last night was disappointing. We will not be going back. My fiance came here to be seen for his bad lower back pain. As soon as we saw who our PA was, we can tell he was either annoyed or something. Niko was super unprofessional and by far the most rudest Doc we have seen. He did not really hear out my Fiances concern and kept over talking over us. My fiance is unable to walk and has a hard time getting up in a standing position due to his back pain. We asked if he could at least get a workers note to return back on Monday given - thursday and friday will need a doctors note with the weekend off to at least rest and see if his rx works. - as soon as we asked Niko pushed his keyboard away and said " well what do you want me to do here? He eventually needs to go back to work.." very very rude response that none of us expected. My fiance is the hardest working person I know, we did not come here to just get a doctors note to be off work, if he had no pain, he would be working. My concern is that he was not treated correctly and now feel the need to be seen elsewhere for a second opinion. He only gave one day for my fiance to rest and see if his meds work or not and to go back Friday. Do not come here unless you want bad service and unprofessional PA's. read more

I took my 22 month old and 5 yr old to be looked at for coughing and the younger one breathing with what sounded like a wheeze. The first thing the csr's stated was that they didn't have pediatric x-ray available so they may not be able to treat her. I mostly wanted to have them looked at and treated so that we could avoid the ER. They kept mentioning the lack of x-ray and that the closest indigo with x-ray was in federal way. I'm sorry but I'm not driving to federal way for just an x-ray, a there are usually other places to go and b we didn't even know that an x-ray was needed because she wasn't even looked at by a doctor yet. When I mentioned I wasn't going to drive that far for an x-ray and asked if one of them would do that, they replied they would if it was for their child. At that point I decided it's time to leave and I told them that I didn't appreciate being treated like I was a bad mother. The other csr came out as we were leaving to give us our insurance cards that I had forgotten. She spoke with my mom who was with me. My mom relayed the comment that was stated and that we didn't want the children seen there. That csr mentioned that the manager would be notified. We then went to an urgent care literally across the street and and were treated completely differently. That place focused on having the provider examine the children and have them make a decision about care. My little did end up at the ER diagnosed with a respiratory virus and bronchiolitis but we only went there after being urged by the urgent care provider. I usually don't review places but a csr is not a dr. They legally cannot prescribe or diagnose and I felt at this place that they were trying to convince us to not be seen there. I don't want to fully bash multi care indigo because I have had a great experience at the location on rainier near Columbia city. However this one and another location, the csr's have been in my opinion either unhelpful or just rude. read more

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and the person in the front told me they can't do anything for pregnant people because they are a low-grade facility. I'm assuming that means they don't have the technology and they don't have doctors there that are able to prescribe meds to pregnant women? Im not sure. I just went in for cold or flu like symptoms and allergies, which their website says they treat. I wish this was clear because from my understanding MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care is there to treat all ages and all family members. I didn't know it meant except pregnant women. read more

The office was clean and inviting and the medical assistant who checked me in was very helpful and kind. She had me checked in and seen in record time! I actually felt like my doctor cared about my discomfort and I was not just another person she had to see for the day. She genuinely listened to me and took the time to explain the little things to me. I find that type of experience to be very rare. They even called me 2 days later to see how I was doing! I am beyond happy and impressed with the service I received here. Yesterday at 3pm I began to have painful UTI symptoms. By 6pm I was in severe pain and peeing what looked like pure blood. I grabbed my phone and asked siri for the nearest Urgent Care place, and was lead here. I was relieved to see a place within 15 mins that would be open and I'd be able to see a Dr right away. I got there and no other patients were present. The women at the Front Desk were very nice and helpful. She asked if I had been there before, and I said no. I was dreading the pages of paperwork I would have to fill out as I handed her my ID. My head was pounding from a headache and the feeling of burning and urgency had my leaning over in pain. The woman handed me a tablet and said "Just make sure all the info is correct and press the orange arrows to continue" while I was clicking she asked if i was okay, if i needed to go to the bathroom it was right there, and offered me water. It was obvious she UNDERSTOOD the level of discomfort I was having and it was clear that she was acting with a sense of urgency to get me treated right away. (mind you i had just worked an 11-hr hospital shift and looked like death covered in unknown yucky substances. i probably smelled like yucky sick germs) She told me the total amount for the visit and I paid right away up front. The tablet lead me through some basic questions, and asked about my symptoms, etc. It took probably 1-2 minutes to get checked in. I give her back the tablet and another woman hands me a sample cup immediately. I'm thinking "awesome, i dont have to wait for anything". I gave them my sample and was immediately ushered into an open, clean room. The Nurse/Assistant was in there and took my vitals and asked me some questions. She said the Dr would be right in (which in my normal experience means 'please wait for 15 minutes and the dr will eventually see you) 30 seconds later the Dr comes in, Dr. Jillian Weissman. Up to this point it had been probably 5-10 minutes total since I walked in the door. She was super friendly and professional. She asked me lots of great questions and seemed genuinely concerned with my condition. She asked me questions and took notes. This is a recurring problem for me so I just basically dumped on her years of info, what's been happening, what I do at home, etc etc. She was obviously really knowledgeable and seemed confident that she could treat me and help me in the future. For the first time I felt like "okay, maybe this ISN'T something I just have to 'deal with', maybe there IS more help out there and more I can do to fix this" Dr. Weissman offered me tons of great info, answered all my questions, and even made small chit chat about cats with me (lol). I was in and out of Indigo within 30 minutes, start to finish. I left feeling really happy and like help was on the way. I feel like Dr. Weissman gave me way more insight and information about UTI problems than my primary dr ever has. It made me feel a little better knowing that lots of women have the same problem as me and there there IS more we can do! Overall I am really happy with how I was treated at Indigo. I really appreciate how quickly I was taken care of and how the Dr, Nurse, Assistant, Front Desk, etc could sympathize with me and understood how crappy I was feeling. Even though I denied a bottle of water, one was set next to my purse at some point and I grabbed it on my way out. I drank that with my meds in the car on the way home and was weirdly glad someone had offered it anyways. This all happened yesterday and today I feel 80% better. 5/5 read more

I called on a holiday after searching for an urgent care and found this was one out of a few open. I was able to get an appointment two hours later and the staff was so helpful and thorough. They saw me right away no long waits. Dr. Su was caring, did a great job listening and was knowledgeable. The place was clean and tidy and the staff were great. They changed my view of what I thought to be a stressful time at urgent care clinics into one that was a positive experience. I went here because I tore a fingernail off almost entirely at work and need help removing the remaining part. I went in at around 1:30, and the MA behind the counter took me back to wrap my finger in gauze so I didn't have to hold the ice pack I came in with. I immediately regretted throwing away my ice pack that she made me throw away, because without it, I could feel my finger burning and throbbing. She kept pulling the gauze too hard and I kept saying it was hurting. I eventually asked if I could do it myself because she was repeatedly hurting me. At the front desk afterwards, I was told it would be a three hour wait, but that I could leave and that they would text or call me when it was close to my turn. I'm immunocompromised and have been nervous and uncomfortable in waiting rooms since the beginning of the pandemic, so I left to wait, as the text/call-to-come-back system has worked for me since 2020. I arrived at 4:15 only to be told that their manager tried to call and text me, but I never received anything from them. They told me it was another 2&1/2 hours. I was distressed, as I'm in a lot of pain, and need medical attention, and when the MA behind the desk said "I'm sorry" I said "are you? The two and a half hours is fine." And that was as belligerent as I got. I sat out front, in my car, periodically making eye contact with the person at the front desk, hoping they would wave me in when it was my turn. I went back in a bit before 7:30, and asked if it was almost my turn, and they said I was never added to the back of the line. I got upset, and was trying to ask how it's my fault that their system failed and I didn't receive any notification of my initial turn. The MA I'd spoken to accused me of cussing and yelling at her and scaring patients. They kept saying "is this your phone number" -shrug- "well we're sorry," and the MA kept interrupting me to say "I'm not going to argue with you" any time I would try to receive clarification on why it was impossible for me to receive actual medical attention. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this urgent care. They do not act like they care about people at all. read more

This is Fanciest urgent Care I've ever been to. I came in here at 8:30am on a Saturday thinking I have Strep throat. I went in early because I know these places get packed on the weekends, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was only one other person in front of me. The office is nice, clean, and bright. Might I even say trendy?! They offered me water and much to my sleepy delight, they have an espresso machine! The friendly nurse made me a Sumatra cappuccino which was not half bad and highly welcomed in my sleepy state. Of course, the aesthetics aren't't everything when it comes to healthcare. As for the important part, the care: I saw the doctor pretty quickly and she was fast to rule out Strep, which sort of made me feel like I'd come in for nothing. But she was kind enough to honor my request for the rapid strep test, which I appreciated since it was the main reason I visited. I got it done, even though she said it's their policy that they have to send it out to the labs regardless of results. I find that to be a bit of a gimmick because of course the labs are what will cost you majorly, oftentimes more than the visit itself or services you get in office. Anyway I deemed it worth it, and left with the knowledge that I likely have a virus and not strep. Bleh. Not fun being sick, but overall, a great visit to this fancy multicare.:) Btw, I'll update my review based on the billing process. read more
