After a successful therapy program I decided to return to Hess for PT, following the TKR survey on my other leg in August 2023. The staff is friendly and works well together to accommodate your needs. Dr. Gage is so kind and patient and offers lots of advice to get through your recovery. My therapy includes the TENS machine to stimulate the nerves, along with knee massage and heat treatments. Then I was given a personalized exercise program to strengthen my knee muscles to meet my goals. I'm so glad I decided to go to this facility. I'm completely satisfied.

They have good reviews so I really wanted to try them out. Called and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. Two days went by and no one got back to me. I decided to try one more time (maybe I shouldn't have). I was able to speak with someone this time. I explained I was a new patient and wanted to schedule an appointment. The front desk person asked when do I want to come in. I asked if she needed to check my insurance and she asked who I had. I told her my insurance information and she said that's fine they're in network. I was a little perplexed and explained everything that had previously happened. I went on to say that I'm not sure I feel comfortable making an appointment considering how unprofessional they had been so far. She immediately said ok is that what you want to do. Needless to say I was taken back. I told her no I think I know all I need to know about your business. It's difficult to take into account a stranger's experience and review. I can assure you that I am a professional person and treat others as such. I get really nervous when I see incompetences in medical care. I won't risk it. Maybe they're great with their treatment. I'll never know because they'll never get my business based off how I was treated before I even became a client.

Dylan provided excellent rehabilitation care on my left leg and has been incredibly supportive & inventive regarding rehabilitating of my right leg. Additionally one of the best parts of the rehab experience on Baum Blvd is the entire professional staff. I especially am impressed by the service Shanell N at the front desk. She is always cheerful & accommodating regarding any of my appointment or insurance issues.
