Sliced my hand open pretty good at work. This spot is about 1 mile from my machine shop. Walked in, pleasant folks working the counter. Bleeding had drastically slowed by this point. Got into a room within 5 min of getting there. Doc that cleaned the wound and stitched me up was amazing. Had a "in training" doc following him. She was great too. Very pleasant, easy to talk and joke with. Made the experience...as fun as it could be(i.e. - it only sucked because of WHY i was there). Went back 2 weeks later to get stitches removed. Same experience that time(the wait was a bit longer, 20 min, because I wasn't leaking life fluid). Also, I had no insurance, and it didn't even phase them(it was surprisingly very affordable). Although I had a long wait, the front desk staff explained the reason for the delay & were very friendly & professional. I'd like to commend Lisette, the medical assistant who drew my blood. I have very difficult veins, yet she was able to draw my blood painlessly with only 1 try. It was from my right arm which no one has ever been able to get & left no mark. Worst experience ever. If you need urgent care go somewhere else. Office staff are clueless, office manager is rude and the X-ray tech was doing patient intakes. I waited for three and a half hours in a lot of pain before being told they didn't know I was there for urgent care. The provider I saw dismissed the level of pain I was in and got frustrated with me when I didn't really accept his diagnosis. I had to make another appointment with someone else to get a diagnosis and get the pain addressed. Complete waste of my time. I would give no stars but that's not really an option. read more

I will drive a whole hour to another location before I come back here. Who ever this manager or supervisor is seems to be on her high horse because she likes to talk to people as if we're stupid. The intake of patients and processing of a racked order to efficiently process the patients is not working. The facility is outdated to the needs to this business and medical procedures they conduct. They could benefit from a universal computer system for checking in and procedures needed by category and also having different areas for the items needs for their patients. Like drug tests or blood work or physicals and occupational tests in their own areas individually processing in a order lines up on a computer program just like building a car. Having more space to better effectively meet the needs of its customers could more effectively increase their capacity and efficiency of operations here. read more

Concentra is by far the WORST urgent care or really any type of medical facility that I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. making an appointment means nothing, and will usually leave you waiting 3+ hours regardless of how staffed they are. With constant problems in their scheduling to rude staff, being seen here is a challenge. After originally being seen I was put into different incorrect treatments 3 times, and was looked at as if I was lying about my symptoms. They refused to disclose any of my own personal medical information to me, forcing me to make an appointment and wait several hours just to be told Wether or not my test came back positive. After this grueling experience, I would rather go to the emergency room and deal with the extreme bill instead. 1 out of 5 stars is generous, they're lucky there's no option to give negative stars in the review. read more

I was sent to this location from an employer for a physical and drug screening. I had looked up reviews regarding their experience and 75% of them weren't good. I thought that since some of them were written years ago they had to be doing better by now. I went in the location around 10:40 am in which there wasn't anyone in the waiting room. I thought how lucky could I be? Not at all. I was given some paperwork to fill out, waited back in line to return it and then told that I was going to get a text on my phone. Once I got that text I was told to follow the link and complete that information. By this time the waiting room started to fill up. There was no service for the phone in which I had difficulty trying to upload the information. By this time I was told that I could use the iPad which there were other people using them due to their difficulties. Finally I filled the information out on the device and was told to have a seat. I had to sign a few forms and then I waited and waited. I noticed that people that had scheduled appointments were pretty much taken in time but there were some people that didn't have appointments in which were called before me. Now that the time was 12:30 pm they called me back in which I thought it was for my physical....NO..it was only for the drug screening and was told to go back to the waiting room. I waited again and was finally called back by 1 pm. The physical went fairly quickly and I was gonna be ok with everything being done. NO...I was told after the physical that I had to go to the Physical Therapist side to do the lifting tests. I then waited for 10-15 minutes and was called in to complete that. After everything was said and done I had passed everything and left out of there at 2 pm. Luckily I didn't have plans or a job. I highly recommend an appointment be made if possible. Unfortunately the employer I applied for gives you a time frame in which you have to get this done but you only find this out within 24 hours of being offered the position. The front desk receptionist were nice along with the doctor and nurse. I just felt that a lot of time was wasted in which while I was sitting I could've had my lifting test out of the way. Hopefully I won't have to come back here no time soon. read more

I went to concentra for therapy and treatment on my arm, approximately after 12 visits dr. Mansour Sheikh informed me I needed to push myself and work harder, not showing any concerns, with the issues with my arm still un resolved still showing signs of pain. I thought that was very unprofessional and insensitive coming from doctor Mansoar Sheika. I wouldn't recommend any patients seeing this doctor for care and advise second option using concentra. read more

Boyfriend had to go here for a drug test for employer and the waiting room was filled with people barely anywhere to sit and the wait was ridiculous. I would have rather gone to quest diagnostics any day! There is 5 people behind the desk all just chillen opening packages. Nothing about this place is urgent. The wait to be checked in is easily 20+ minutes. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely terrible service. read more

I went through the process of making a yelp account just to keep you people away from here. Unprofessional is an understatement, manners are non-existent, and they could care less about their patients. They only want a paycheck GUARANTEED! You know when you and someone else take a step in the same direction, and usually say "Oh I'm sorry!" then move away? I did so, but I got a glare and "We should keep our distance" with upmost attitude. As I was leaving, trying to respect the nurse in front of me opening the door to call in a patient - she kept looking at her papers so I thought she didn't know I was there. She just told me to "go". There is absolutely zero respect in there even when you give it. Why can't I give zero stars!!! read more

Used by my employer, and many others for new hire physicals, DOT physicals, drug tests, and workers comp cases. This place is notorious for long waits, so I knew ahead of time. You're guaranteed at least an hour of waiting. Staff isn't the friendliest, but isn't the worst either. A tip for you stoners, If you come here for a piss test, and you leave the waiting room, you automatically fail. A tip for physical exam people, don't drink any caffeine before your test, it will raise your blood pressure and or heart rate, and you could possibly fail. Their process needs to be streamlined. After you leave exam room, you have to go back out to waiting room, and wait another 20-30 minutes for your discharge papers. If you're really sick or hurt, I'd seek treatment elsewhere if you can't wait. Exam rooms weren't the cleanest, with the same dirt in the corner I'd seen a few days previous. They do have convenient appointment texted reminders, and DIY network on the waiting room tv. read more

Dr. Allen was unprofessional and unpleasant personally. The office staff lost the 1st fax I sent and said they would call when they received the 2nd but they never did. They also made me wait for no reason just to pick up paperwork. They put you on hold multiple times and act like they don't know why you called over and over. read more

Had to go for a "physical" for a new employer. I had an appointment at 10:30. Was called in at 10:50 (not bad, I thought) for my urine test and eye exam. The nurse was great but then I sat in a freezing cold exam room for over an hour waiting for the doc. I even went out to the front desk at one point because I thought I had been forgotten. Doc arrived, not much of an apology. Physical was a complete joke. I would not go here if I needed any kind of medical help. One star for the nice receptionist and for the nurse. read more

I went here for Physical therapy twice and received treatment from Heather L. Macdonald. The first session Heather was late because she was still on lunch, I had to remind the front desk my appt time and how long I had been waiting. The entire session she antagonized me by complaining about how I'm the only person who asks for a heating pad, she kept telling me that my pain level couldn't be as bad as I reported, and when I complained of pain during exercises she would roll her eyes in frustration. I got the impression she prejudged me and assumed the type of person I am. I made a second appt with Heather to give her another chance thinking she was having a bad day. My second session with Heather comes around and her attitude was still unprofessional. She told me she couldn't believe my pain rating was still the same and implied I was lying. When I requested a heating pad, she says "I forgot the princess needs one" in a sarcastic tone. She then tells me my accident was a month ago and I shouldn't be in pain, I had to correct her and say it was 2 weeks prior. Then she told me I'm only having neck pain, I corrected her again stating my neck and back hurt. No matter what I said, she was willing to talk over and debate me. By that point I was disgusted by her antics, because it was clear she had no intentions of helping me get any better. The second session lasted about 15 minutes total and I told her I no longer wanted her to provide me with treatment and requested she set me up with another PT immediately because she made me uncomfortable. That was the FIRST time she didn't complain and actually received what I was saying. Luckily, I was able to get a PT appt at a different Concentra location, best thing I could've done for myself. read more

Would highly recommend NOT going here. Will give my story: Work at a local company and developed an unknown rash all over my body. Rather than travel all the way back to my normal doctor, I checked my health insurance and found this local "urgent" care center near work. Here is the rough chain of events: * Arrive @ 12:20PM and fill out new patient paperwork. Told to wait in waiting area. * Wait until 12:50PM before nurse ushers me back to exam room. * Nurse asks me why I'm there (I explain the rash that is visible on my face and hands), takes my weight and blood pressure and tells me Dr. will see me soon. Tell Nurse (she never asks if I am currently taking meds) that I have been taking a medication to treat strep throat and perhaps that may be the issue. She doesn't really respond and leaves. * Nurse shows back up @ **1:50 PM** (Yes...1 hour later) and tells me doctor still not ready to see me. Other more pressing cases have come in and she is only doctor on duty. I will have to wait 20-30 minutes longer. * Doctor shows up @ 2:15, does a 'non-apology' apology and asks why I haven't undressed to show her full extent of rash issue by the time she arrived (A: No one asked me to and BTW, the room is freaking freezing!). * Doctor finds undersized hospital gown, tells me to undress and she will be back. Does a cursory exam and prescribes a steroid. Dr. never asked about medications I have been taking or exposure to anything out of the ordinary. Ask Dr. if there is any concern with the fact I am finishing a dose of penicillin from strep. She looks incredulously at me and asks when I was going to volunteer than information to her. * I miraculously restrain myself from doing something incredibly unprofessional. * She then performs a more thorough exam and still sticks with her original course of treatment. Did I mention that the exam room was...less than clean...and had medical tools from the 80's? Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't walk out of there with a blood pressure issue from the induced stress due to poor customer service and borderline malpractice. If you have other options, do NOT go here. That is all. read more
