Pee before you come for a drug screen!!! They don't care that you have to hold it over an hour or 2! I was about to pee in the seat; as well as many others that were all saying the same things. If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in at 9am for several titers and a physical for my new job. The lady told me it would be right at 2 hours to get called back, complete the testing, and leave. Fast forward to noon, I still had not even been checked in properly because "the computer was down" but they only told me that at 1130. So then I filled out paperwork AGAIN. The lady at the front desk said I would be the next one called back. 5 more people get called back before me, and I have to leave to make another appointment. Came back in the afternoon at 315, no paperwork needed, they checked me in. I am still sitting here 30 mins til closing time all the while they have called back 7 people that came in after me. I understand I need more than a drug screen BUT DO YOUR JOB. This type of care is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! And if my employer didn't pick this place I wouldn't have come back after the morning fiasco. EDIT: Once I was finally called back the people were super nice, but I have spent more than 4 hours waiting here today with people being called back after me that arrived much later. In all the years I have been required to go to Concentra for work physicals or whatever this is the first time I can say that I have nothing but praise for all the people working there. I got in and out of there a reasonable amount of time and didn't have to wait all day. And Izze at the front desk was supper helpful after I had issues with my paperwork. There is nothing 'urgent' about this location. I called ahead of time specifically to schedule an appointment to find out they only do walk-ins. Waited 1 hour in the waiting room to be called in. Once the first half of the visit was complete, I had to wait over an hour in the cold exam room just for the "doctor" to show up. This place is as unprofessional as it gets. read more

Came here for a pre employment drug screening used by my new employer. lobby was fairly full, seemed like there were only two or three girls working, bless their hearts. They were working as fast as they can, but still being super friendly with everyone. Only had to wait about 35ish mins start to finish which was understandable! My advice would be to come here if you have enough time to wait, or come back on a day you're not in a rush- their staff is working the quickest they can. Was offered a water and a snack only after asking how much longer until a doctor can see me which was after waiting two hours. I've had several physicals/drug screenings before and this has to be the worst experience. I was sent to this location to prepare for a travel assignment. Donequea was the MA that helped me with my pre-physical tests, ie., Fit Mask Test, biometrics, blood work and vaccines. She was very professional and efficient with a great attitude. She was gentle and proficient with her lab draws and maintained a clean and sterile environment. She offered me water following the procedures and informed me of what I should expect at each turn! Izzy at the front reception desk was polite, helpful and extremely efficient. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed and made copies of all of my paperwork for me to keep. Highly recommend the I-240 location!!! read more

Came into a packed house and was like oh no and that was not my experience, it was actually excellent. Connie the office manager and the staff came together like a super team!! Very friendly staff. The office was very modern and clean. The service was very fast. OMG. I look over and see a coffee, tea, expresso, cappuccino, lattee self serving machine. It was very slick anf different to use. After about 3 min I figured it out and had a wonderful cup of cappuccino pumpkin spice latte' with extra froth! Though the staff at this location are very friendly the pretend Doctors (P.A.s) who have a major chip on their shoulders are HORRIBLE!!!! When the PA came into my room and was rude right off the bat I wasn't impressed. It took the cake when he began questioning me about medication and I informed him I had been taken off of all medication and had signed doctors notes which I handed to him. He looked and me and stated the letters wouldn't work. When I asked why he literally looked me IN THE FACE AND SAID "BECAUSE I'M THE DOCTOR, THAT'S WHY????" To which I quickly responded, no sir you are a PA according to your name tag. He promptly stormed out of the room and demanded his poor staff deal with me. Mind you, I never yelled, raised my voice, nothing! The staff printed me the paperwork he was demanding and shrugged their shoulders because they didn't understand it either! The only thing I can come up with is he didn't like the fact that I am law enforcement which was clearly obvious so he felt it gave him the right to treat me that way. For a medical clinic they are lacking in covid safety. Upon arriving the person at front desk wiped my forehead with the thermometer. I know these scan from a distance but they continued wiping people's foreheads repeatedly without ever sterilization of the thermometer over and over again. I brought my son in due to a work injury. Upon arrival I was greeted with ARE YOU HERE FOR A DRUG TEST? Then I was informed it would be about a two hour wait. Went in for a dot physical at the reno clinic , my last medical card was for 2 years , everything was fine except my blood pressure it stayed around 144/96 which is class 1 hypertension according to FMCSA guidelines which can be issued for 1 year except this doctor issued it for 3 months which is class 2 hypertension which is 140/ 100-110 and threatened to deny me if its high on the next physical and stated that it was just because of my blood pressure plus the a**hole made me take off my pants for a dot physical !, Im going to ask them to correct it and if they refuse im going to an attorney because i paid for that physical myself. read more
