I had pre-completed the necessary paperwork online and was told they didn't take appointments. They need to start! Except your visit to take two hours if your company wants a physical. The wait was kind of long, which isn't do to the staff it's that there is NO places closer that do everything new jobs need. I had two very nice workers one was Marz she was very very nice easy to talk to and always had a smile on her face, and very understanding. I also had Claudia L.! Who did an AMAZING job with a needle. I am NOT an easy stick by any means and she got me on the first try! Which RARELY ever happens!!! They were all so nice and looked like they enjoyed working and working together. 10/10 would recommend all these ladies because even watching the front short staffed everyone jumped RIGHT in and had no problem helping anyone with anything. read more

This place is awful. I went for a DOT physical and experienced a lot of incompetence. The nurse told me I was 6'4" but actually I am 6'6". I wasn't going to argue with her but 78" on the ruler is 6'6" but she insisted I was 6'4". Next the vision test was scored as 20/40 but I have always been 20/20 when wearing corrective lenses. I was examined by ophthalmologist and bought new glasses 6-months ago. Finally I was given a 1-year renewal on my DOT medical card but my blood pressure has been controlled for years with medication. The last examiner gave me a 2-year medical card because the DOT rule is that if evidence shows the BP is controlled it is not considered an impediment. This clinic has done all my DOT physicals over the past 16 m-years and should easily see my history of controlled blood pressure. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

It was a Saturday, Oct 28th... they had 2 doctors there, one ready to leave ... thank goodness. The ladies at the front desk were nice. But the 2 hour wait just to be called was ridiculous... no info on why they were taking so long.. but I wasn't feeling well, so I just sat.. After the 2 hour wait I was called I asked the nurse how many rooms are here she said 10... seemed like a lot more because of the wait.. Anyhow... as I'm getting my BP checked, nothing else. That's right now, all vitals were not taken, no weight, nada .. the nurse heard me cough and said, "You need to go to E.R. You're not going to get help here. I was like, isn't there a doctor here. She said yes. Ummmm, ok... then waiting an hour and 30 minutes I was seen by a great Doctor. She said ok the paperwork will be here, and u can leave after that, so I'm waiting and waiting as others did.. the nurse was NOT doing a good job. Many of us were like, "Come on already. The nurse said I'm coming and instead just said down ... we can see and hear her... This is her job ... if she doesn't like it, she should go elsewhere. The treatment we got from the nurses was terrible. I mean, during our long wait in the rooms, we could hear about 4 or 5 nurses talking about how they dislike working there ...how they are treated differently and are taking crap. One said she was never trained. Ummm, and they hired you??? Wow. Sadly, I walked out waiting for paperwork to be discharged, but it should not take more than an hour. Then, I returned the following day to get my paperwork, and it wasn't complete . The doctor told me she was writing a medication that was over the counter so I could get it... nothing was on those papers.. I do not recommend this place . I mean, the doctors are great. I do not plan on ever coming back here. I'll try another place if my doctor or clinic I go to is not available. read more

As I sit in here writing this review, I have officially been waiting for a "job physical" for 2 hours". Upon arrival there were about 6 others ahead of me! Expecting a wait I just knew that I would get serviced shortly after everyone else. As the crowd I came in with began changing. There is now a full room of different people and I am still waiting. This is simply ridiculous and I am very disappointed with my service(that I have yet received) but because I'm already annoyed I do not plan to fake a smile for these people. Get comfy in the old stained chairs because I've been here a 3th time and the last 2 with appointments and got here before my appointments and checked in and still have to wait between an hour or 2 before getting checked out then they forget about you when they are done and blame it on the system when I know it's not the problem. I have been to this location multiple times in the past and it seemed ok. I read a few reviews before coming here and said 3 Hail Marys while driving. There is ample parking. There were just a few people waiting but DO NOT let that indicate to you it'll be a short visit! Ha! I wrote my name on the sign in sheet, a lady asked me why I was here. She instructed me to complete paperwork which I did, placed it on the countertop and returned to my seat like a good patient would. Then she said "sir we need an I.d." Why didn't she ask for it before I sat down?? I heard, as wnell as the other 9 patients, the 3 ladies chit chatting about being down with O.P.P.(a pop4ular hip-hop song by Naughty BThey need to be down with C.N.P.(Calling the Next Patient). We were just sitting there. 4 people left from the back but no one was being called. Thank God I did not have anything else planned this evening. About 15 mins later a nice young thin looking male nurse called me to back. I forgot his name but he was the best part of the visit. The dr I seen just told me to lift a weighted box. Pointed in the direction, made me put the weight in, and didnt even watch me lift it 4 x's! I had to go here for a drug test for my brand new job I got upon hiring and they sent me here. The staff seem disgruntled. The lines and the vibe of this place makes me feel like I'm at the DMV. Wife arrived late with extreme pain, concerned that she may have an infection that spread to her kidneys, but was not sure as the symptoms are the same for UTI, kidney stones, and kidney infection. Informed staff of this and staff got sassy asking her, "Well which is it? We can't treat Kidney infections." Uh, if we knew what it was we wouldn't be here at 1AM, that's your job. I get staffing sucks and being in health care is hard right now, but really? You're gonna get mad because your patients aren't self diagnosing?! Believe the bad reviews on this place. So my boyfriend stepped on a nail and hasn't had a tetanus shot in many years. We figured we'd do the responsible thing and go to urgent care rather than clogging up the hospital system just for the shot. Well we have been sitting here for over two hours. There were two people in the waiting room when we got here. Several people arrived after us and were seen before us. Then several more people arrived and were seen. I asked nicely the first time and was told it would just be a little longer and there were workers comp appointments coming in. A very long time later I was told the nurse was still putting us in the system. I asked how it could be taking her 2 hours to put our information in the system when there was virtually nobody here when we arrived. Several people have walked out because they were taking so long. To top it all off, we've seen several of these bugs crawling around the waiting room. Concentra I hope this isn't how you regularly do business. I will say though that the nurses here are amazing and kind and sweet. They did what they could and were accommodating. I and the rest of the patients would appreciate more transparent communication when there is a problem though. read more

I asked the front desk representative if she could give me a copy of my exam and TB test and her reply was," I'm in training and I need to check with the person doing my physical." Sat in the waiting room for 1.25 hrs and then a room for another 2+ hours to be told,"We are busy and we only have one doctor here"!Thanks for wasting my entire night after working all day.
