If your employer has ordered any tests to be performed in this chaotic cesspool beg them to find another location. I have chosen to pay out of pocket for my titers and tb skin tests after I was repeatedly misinformed. "You can come in anytime", "you have to come in before 5pm", "you have to come in before 4pm" "our average wait time is 4 hours" (4 hours to get a tb skin test read!!!). I am here now since I have no choice on my drug test...employer authorized this place. I came in with a full bladder and the hope that maybe today for the first time in weeks they would have it together! I've emptied my bladder twice now being on the verge of bladder rupture. My review is represented by and similarly presented by the Doctors assessment of my shoulder. It is my opinion that Dr. Pinta lacks passion for the job and compassion for the patients. Boarder line complacency!! Please tell me how you can observe a torn rotor cuff with an X-Ray. You can't! Give you patients the attention they deserve! Shipping them out to therapy with a bottle of pain relievers is not the proper course of action. Unless there is a financial gain for doing so. I went for a drug test last Friday. After sitting for over 2 hours to pee in a cup. Well this is the following WEDNESDAY!!!!!! and the specimen was just sent out. 5 days they waited to send it out? They refused to treat him or even take an X-ray because they want authorization from w/c to treat him. The H.R Dapartment at work is closed. I had to get a drug test for the new job (which I'm quite sure I passed with flying colors because I'm quite the straight-laced kid)...and I was told, "Go to any Concentra; it'll be five minutes in and out." Five minutes, my ass. I got in there, with a laundry list of to-dos for the day...and was told the wait was an hour. Shit. So I said, "fine, but do you mind if after I check in, I run next door really quick?" The lady told me it wouldn't be a problem. When I turned in my paperwork, the guy told me he needed more signatures from me in a few minutes and didn't advise me leaving right away. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, they called my name to go pee in a cup. I had asked after 45 minutes what the deal was and the mean guy was all, "Oh you're next for drug testing." And that still took another 45 minutes. I was hungry. And crabby. And annoyed. And figured I'd wait a day to write the review when I had calmed down, but when it all comes down to it, I just got all riled up again writing about my encounter. Will. never. go. here. again. (Side note: The lady who actually did the test was really nice and professional. So she kept the star rating from completely plummeting.) read more

First visit went ok. Fractured toe. Two follow ups after, I had an appt. with a specific doctor and still had to sign in and wait two hours to see the doc which took a whole five minutes. Why do they give appts. if they just take you as you walk in?!!! Sat in the room for another hour. Doc came in and I asked about x ray because the first visit they said they had to have a radiologist read. Doc left to go check the results because I guess they were not in my chart. He never came back. I waited another 20 min and finally found a nurse. She told me I was next on the list. I said he was already here and he went to get my X-ray and told me he'd be right back. She told me he was with another patient and I'd have to wait!!! Wtf!!! Then another nurse brings me my paperwork and tells me I can go!!!!!!! This place is ridiculous!!!! Never again!!!! Girlfriend got a new job, and she was forced to come to this location, I looked up the reviews because I was curious on wait times, but the company told her this place only. Unfortunately the reviews are true, we have been waiting for over 3 hours now (at the time of posting this review) got here at 4:00-ish and it's now 7:50. She only needed to pee in a cup, come on! Not to mention that 2 of the hours spend waiting weren't filling out paperwork or waiting for others, they were "understaffed" as said by the lady up front. Don't lie to us, we know you all are lazy and don't want to work fast. 4 hour wait and she is still waiting to be "dismissed." Needs to be put out of business. read more

I came here to get a simple mask fit test for work. I got here at 12 noon ish. And I'm still here waiting. It's 2:17pm. This is ridiculous. I thought I would have enough time to get this done then pick up my son from school at 2:30pm. Guess not! Will not recommend this facility to nurses needing a fit test for your agency. read more

I have been here several times. Ample parking. Next to a Shop N Save grocery store for the last minute grocery needs. First time was February 2020, I was there to get Drs exam for my shoulder injury. Total time was about 2 hrs, they were thoroughly going through my physical and reviewed XRays. They recommended physical therapy & MRI. Started working with the awesome physical therapist Joseph immediately which is the next office over. read more

Walked in at 9:30 pm after calling all day with reported 2+ hour wait times by the receptionist knowing that this was a probability. After speaking with the woman at the front desk I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait for them to fit my N95 respirator, which takes about 15-20 minutes and can be done by the medical assistant. I understood and chose to wait. While I was waiting I noticed the poor attitude and disorganization of the receptionist with all the forms/papers that were being handed to her with patients personal information. There is no doubt in my mind that this behavior causes errors at this facility often. She often disappeared for long periods of time of 10-20 minutes leaving no one to attend the front desk. At 11:40 pm (2 hrs and 10 min after the original 1.5 hr promise time) she looked at me and said "It will be another 45 minutes at least". I could not believe the lack of order and the ignorance to practical wait times. This place needs to be fixed or shut down. read more

If only I could give this place no stars. I've never felt so uncomfortable or harassed ever especially by a doctor . . I went in on a Sunday afternoon only 2 people in the waiting room at that time. The staff EVERYONE except one of the nurses were so so so rude. They weren't professional at all. Waited there for about 30 minutes then waited in the actual exam room for 1.5 hours. . I asked a couple of times how much longer and the reassured me I was next. I thought my horrible experience stopped there boy was I wrong. The dr on duty Eric was a total joke. I'm sorry , I know he is a human being like everyone else but this man was such a perv. I went in with a rash on my feet not only did this guy feel up on my feet over and over he repeatedly kept saying it looked like an allergic reaction . Dude I got the point now can you stop caressing my feet and my ankles!! My ankles didn't even have anything to do with this. It got so uncomfortable I moved my feet and had to say ok ?? So how do we fix it. He proceeded to tell me I needed an oral antibiotic.. I asked if it would be compatible with breastfeeding .... his response was Who's the baby daddy?! WTF! I was speechless. I had to come in to this location to update immunizations for work. The two ladies at the window could have been a bit more courteous however Debbie F. made up for it. Debbie F. Is a ray of sunshine. She was informative, kind and super friendly. I am glad she was scheduled to work on the day after 4th of July. I have thin veins, most phlebotomists want to use a vacationer to draw blood but end up blowing my vein. Debbie F immediately recognized that she would need a butterfly needle before I had the opportunity to instruct her to use one. Debbie F is valuable. Once i got called in i sat in the room for another 1/2 hr waiting for the nurse. The waiting area was not full. Maybe 3-4 ppl ahead of me. Went to go get X rays and tb test 11 days ago and they have not sent my results over to my employer. What a joke

I had to give 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. I waited 4 hours for a drug test and physical. The drug test took 2 minutes and was done completely unprofessionally. I had my purse in with me while I collected my urine sample. The computer system was down, so my urine sample was left without paperwork on the counter. I then went to wait for the doctor, which took another 30 minutes. The doctor also took 2 minutes to examine me. When she was done, the technician who took my urine sample asked me to sign manual forms for my sample since the system was still down. He walked me over to the counter where he left my sample, along with other patient samples, and put my paper into what I can only assume was the bag with my sample. I cannot verify the chain of custody. There was no activity in the back exam room areas, so I have no idea what the doctor was doing during my 4 hour wait. In the waiting room, there were only 4 people and no one was getting called back or leaving the exam area. I cannot believe that this location is open and legally operational. I am horrified and very upset with my service. I am shocked at their level of carelessness or lack of training related to drug testing. The doctor seemed very unprofessional and uncaring of people and their time. read more

Slowest service I've ever been. I've waited in by the waiting room for 40 mins to be call and when the nurse finally called me to get my blood pressure, it took her 2 mins to do it. So when she left I was in the room waiting for 50 mins to see the doctor to come and check me and when the doctor came only took her 2 mins to see what's going on with me she told me she'll be back with my prescription. I got injured last Thursday and my work sent me here. I sat for 3 hours for them to tell me that it wil heal properly and just keep it clean. I got s tetanus shot and then they gave me a bag of medical stuff to wrap it that i could have gotten from Wal-Mart. Now I'm back 3 days later. The ER doesnt even take that long! So I get my blood tests done and tell me to call back in a week for my results...ok first call they tell me its not ready. Second call a few days later they tell me they cant tell me the results i have to find out through my job. 3rd call with my boss they say the doctor will call me back later to give me the results. This place is horrible. I really give it no stars. Needed urgent care, signed in at 10:59am sat down and waited until 11:34am them decided to leave. No one every called my name to fill out any info i just sat there. It's not a big place so the two workers behind the desk saw me we looked right at each other a few times. If there was an option for 0 stars, that's what I would choose. If this was the last place on earth to seek medical attention, I still would not come back. For a simple physical, the wait and physical took 4 hours. The physical in its entirety lasted about 3 minutes, but 5 people came in and out doing one task at a time and a there would be a 20 minute wait between each person- absolutely absurd. Also, they burdened me with the inconvenience of not having a TB test for over a week, in the midst of me getting a new job. How does a facility not have TB tests and call themself an occupational health facility? I am not a grouch- every time I'm here there's people pacing around or yelling about their 2.5 hour wait. The staff is incompetent and coming here will be the most inconvenient and frustrating experience you will most likely ever have.
