I'm not sure what changed between my first miserable visit and today's excellent one, but the difference was night and day. I recognized the same staff members, yet the experience was a complete turn around. I arrived just a few minutes early for my appointment. The front desk politely confirmed my details while helping another patient, then invited me to have a seat. I waited barely one or two minutes before being called back. From there, I was greeted with a warm smile, had my vitals taken, and was quickly escorted to an exam room. After a short wait, a medical staff member came in, we talked briefly, and I was taken straight for X-rays.The entire process was smooth, efficient, and a huge improvement over my first visit. Unfortunately, I'll need to return for physical therapy several times a week due to a work injury. I really hope this level of care and urgency continues and that my first visit was just an off day. read more

Terrible experience at Concentra. I came in for a simple pre-employment drug test and they still took forever. I stood in line for about 10 minutes while the receptionist literally did nothing. When she finally got around to helping me, it took another 15-20 minutes just for her to send me a check-in link. It shouldn't be this hard to get people checked in. Honestly, I don't know how this place even operates. Wouldn't recommend it at all. read more

dont go here. i came for a screen for a drug test and physical. i got there at 3:50. after spending 30 minutes on hold trying to reach them to check wait times to come in. and they never answered. i was told that they stopped doing the drug test and physicals at 3:30 which is not posted on their website and have they actually answered the phone. somebody could've told me earlier. i left work early to get this done today. the lady was rude and said we close at five and there's other people ahead of you. mind there's probably three other people in that office. don't go here. it's a waste of your time. read more

Bruh, this is NOT an urgent care. I came to get my wife seen who is suffering from severe swelling and pain. They said it was a 3 hour wait cuz they had one doctor, we decided to fill out the paperwork and wait anyway cuz we needed care. After filling out paperwork, 10 mins later, the clerk said there was nothing they could do for my wife's problem expect provide Advil or Tylenol. They said that we needed to see our PCP (who was not available). Idk how this place calls itself an URGENT care... read more

I arrived at the front desk and was instructed to complete both online and physical paperwork. After that, I was called in by my first name. However, once I entered the room, I was asked what my name was three separate times. I chose not to respond repeatedly and told the doctor that I don't appreciate being asked the same question over and over -- especially when it feels unnecessary. I explained that I was there for a knee injury that occurred two months ago. The doctor then told me not to use inappropriate language, even though I was simply expressing frustration. A staff member then escalated the situation by saying she was calling the police. When law enforcement arrived, they were understanding and professional. Overall, the experience felt hostile and unprofessional. I do not plan to return. read more

I had a pre-employment medical/physical exam appointment at 3:00pm and arrived at 2:30pm. The waiting room is large and there were two other people there, I was in a small line and helped out at the desk (the two attendants were kind enough and I didn't feel any rush) quickly. I was able to check in through a link sent to my phone and filled out a very long questionnaire of several pages, regarding my health history. I zoomed through it fast because I have nothing to note but I would say it could take an average person about 10 minutes or more to read through and answer. More people started coming in this amount of time, there were over 5 people there now waiting to be seen. I got in at 3:25 and was seen by the medical assistant who checked my height and weight, administered a color and shapes test, vision test, audio test, urine sample collection (separate bathroom), blood pressure, heart rate, and tb test. We finished that portion at 4pm so it took around 35 minutes for my medical exam. She was very kind and patient when I said I was nervous since this was my first preemployment exam. For my physical exam, I was sat in a physician's patient room, where I waited for about 15 minutes due to a discrepancy of the person who made my appointment booking me under a chiropractor but they said they do not have them there. They were able to resolve the "technical" issue without any effort on my part. The PA was kind and quick. He came and saw me in under 3min. Just asking to extend my arms and observing my range of motion in my neck. Checked my lungs, heart, and abdomen (laying on back and putting the stethoscope on torso once or twice). And reflexes, tapping my knees and relaxed forearms. Then he was out the door and the medical assistant came back in the next minute to take me to the lift test which was in their physical therapy room where you can see other people using the machines. I was asked to lift a 50lb kettlebell and she even instructed me to squat and lift. I did so just above my waist. And just like that my big stressor was gone. I had been dreading this exam a bit, just in case my physical abilities would somehow fail me. I was asked to sign once saying I was able to complete the exam and was out the door at 4:25pm. Totaling my entire time there to 1 hour (the appointment was for 1 hour and 30 minutes). I've never been so relieved! I was preparing for this day for what feels like nothing, to my relief. I appreciate how easy and kind the staff were at this location. (For reference, I was able to write this all out during my down time there, lol.) read more

I know this place is very busy! I've been here a few times and every time the staff are very professional and caring. Patience is needed here as the staff are doing their best! If I could give negative stars I would! This place is horrible. Don't go. I got hurt at work now twice over the last two weeks both to the neck been dizzy throwing up and a sharp pain in my neck. The doctor "you are all good you can return to work full duty" what are you even talking about? Have you listened to my complaints at all? I still have neck pains, dizzy etc as she's asking me questions today.... Smh read more

This place sucks. Physical therapy is a nightmare, I went once and transferred out because they could care less if they are hurting you. Appointments are meaningless. I just wasted an hour of my time for a scheduled appointment that I never got seen for. Thanks for wasting my time. Every time I come here this is how it goes. Wait time is forever. You will wait at the lobby and die at the lobby and your body won't even be picked up until next day. Our healthcare system is rigged to make you wait so they can milk the maximum out of insurance since they'll prove that you checked in at this time and got out at this time when 95% of it you were just sitting at the lobby with your thumb up your ass. My daughter needs PT after ankle surgery. We scheduled two appointments with Conctra and both times, when she arrived she was declined because she didn't have an RFA (pre-authorization). After the first time she was declined, I got on the phone with our insurance and Concentra corporate, and thought the issue was resolved. But it happened again on the second visit. It seems as though Concentra corporate and Concentra clinic are disconnected. One says one thing, and the other says something else. My daughter is now far behind on her PT and her ankle is in a lot of discomfort. This all has to do with Concentra being focused on work related injuries, which was not the case for my daughter. But we should have been able to sort this out from the beginning, but instead it has been a nightmare learning experience. And btw, my daughter was not treated very nicely when she checked in for her "appointment" both times - she felt humiliated. read more
