But most of all, the facility is clean, the nurses and doctor are exceptionally amazing. At other Urgent Cares I've been to in the past, I have waited well over an hour to be seen with one or two people ahead of me. Typical wait time to be seen here is 15-20 minutes (with others in the waiting room). without an appointment. I am impressed. Dr. Salvato walked in the exam room asked what's wrong, came over to exam table as I explained that I also had some fluctuating blood pressure at home, which seemed to annoy him and he said " blood pressure doesn't have anything to do with being sick". He looked in my mouth and nose told me I had an upper respiratory infection and as he hurriedly headed for the door said he'd send a script to my pharmacy.(pharmacy closed). I felt like crap went home laid down and ended up calling 911 as my chest began to feel worse and I couldn't catch my breath. Turned out to be a heart attack! Two stents and four days in CICU, I'm alive no thanks to this Urgent Care or this Dr. Shame on you for being a slacker!

(One opens and closes after posted hours and the other is horrendous). The waiting room of this office needs a serious update. It's old and dirty and dingy and my idea of any medical facility is nice and clean. I remember being very put off by the look of the area on my first visit, but when you have slim pickings abd you know you need medicine you give it a chance. The wait here is always long. There are typically only a few people waiting and you are there FOREVER. At my visit yesterday there was no one else in the waiting room when i arrived and the visit still took about an hour. The doctors I have seen, however, are very friendly and seem caring and compasionate. That is the most important part. Each time i have been seen I have been treated properly and everything was explained thouroughly to me. Also the medical assistant that helped me yesterday was sweet as well. I will say this, however.....make sure you know the details of your insurance and how it works. The lady at the front desk tried to overcharge me for my visit. She initially wanted to charge me $90 even though I had met my deductible. She was trying to say the "individual deductible" met was for the cardholder (my husband) and not me. I had to explain that I was the individual who had met the deductible. After a bit of back and forth I was charged $20.

I decided to drive over to see the doctor here on a friday night after i was feelin unwell. This office is next door to a spine clinic and it was hard to tell where the entrance was. The door that should be for this particular clinic (and at this address) has screen printing covering it, but i tried entering this way...and not through the spine clinic doors. The door was locked. Then i moved on the the spine clinic, since they looked connected.....thinking maybe I had to enter there. The hours on the door for the spine clinic said mon - fri until 7pm. It was 6:45 but the door was locked. Neither office was open until the time stated on the door OR the website. Right as i was about to walk away a man from a neighboring business came out and told me that they open late often too. Im not really sure why a business advertises certain hours and then isnt open. Also by coming here thinking it was open I barely made it to another urgent care before they closed.

First off MAJOR HIPAA VIOLATIONS!! They were coming out to the waiting room and talking about…read morepeoples diagnosis publicly! I heard at least 4 people's diagnosis for the visit! They came out and did the same to my husband as well! The first time we went to this hospital we were seen quickly but then were rushed out to the waiting room where we waited 4 hours. I finally asked what the update was and they said we were up for discharge 2 ours before I asked for the update! They then quickly started taking out my husbands IV in front of everyone and gave us the discharge papers and we asked for a doctor to go over the results and they said, you can look up all your findings on the online chart. I then said, "how are we supposed to understand these results?" They said to google them!! In the same visit, we were walking to CT and some man was yelling for help and all the nurses kept passing by his room, not even trying to stop to help! I went a month ago for abdominal pain and they took a CT with a wallet and keys in my pocket sitting right on my abdomen!! Didn't even ask if I had anything in my pockets and I was in so much pain I didn't even think to remove things from my pockets. They said my scans were normal but I brought them a document from a CT I had had taken 1 year ago and I had issues that apparently magically disappeared in these CT scans they took. How could they even see anything with all the stuff in my pockets. Not only that, they took my blood after giving my a contrast because they forgot to draw blood when I first got there. I might be wrong but I did ask a nurse I know and they said that the contrast can mess up the blood results. Also when I came back from the CT I was shivering violently and my levels kept dropping and the machine kept beeping so their solution was to unhook the machine and ignore my complaint of violent shivering! The doctor Amir Khiabani literally didn't even assess my issue or even pretend that he cared. He asked no questions to figure out the underlying issue. My pain was about a 9.5 out of 10 and he only would give me muscle relaxers while I was groaning in pain. Treatment was so bad he didn't even send me home with muscle relaxers. I went in the same exact pain that I left. I was left unattended at least an hour each time while waiting for a doctor or nurse. Seriously, stay far far away. My expectations were already low but my god this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any sort of business. I legit wanted to cry that nobody cared how bad of pain I was in and just walk out to go to another hospital. I am so displeased I am borderline considering speaking to a lawyer for malpractice.
