Unprofessional. The student intern was the sweetest and very professional (I wish I remembered her name). It was her first week there. Never saw an actual Doctor, just Physician's assistant. Upon leaving, one of the reception ladies were sitting, full body, on top of the desk, legs swinging and just yapping away. Never would I return here. UPDATE: Thank you for your response, Vanessa. However, I want to clarify that no one has reached out to me directly regarding my experience. I stand by my review as it reflects what I encountered firsthand. It took no time until I was called in. With the pharmacy closing in 30 minutes and 18 minutes frrom this location, I was seen, tested for the flu and covid, given a prescription which was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. We were checked in with high technology and seen almost immediately by the nurse, and about 5 minutes later by an amazing Doctor with a great bedside manner and personality. He gave my son meds right there to bring his fever down, and out the door we went. Had prescription filled at the Rite Aid across the street (because it was snowing and we couldn't get back through traffic to our own CVS) and got right home. I will be going there today for myself. I only wished they were open at 1am when I started this excruciating ear pain. Definitely do not hesitate when needing medical walk in facilities. Staff was great - from check in to check out!! A+ I'll update later after I go for myself. I went for my ear on Sunday. The wait was a bit longer because it was an hour and a half after they opened and it was busier. Still not a big deal. Saw another amazing Doctor. Dr. Jefferson was so personable, friendly, and she was down to earth. Made me feel important. I did have a double ear infection. She wrote me an RX, and again I had them send it across to Rite Aid (which is actually a Walgreens inside). Dr. Jefferson will not disappoint!!! Loved her. She even gave me some natural remedies to help with the ear pain. (Plus the antibiotic) Treatment didn't work, saw an ENT who prescribed a DECONGESTANT (since I can't hear) I am now scheduled for surgery for ear tubes. No improvement since my visit here, and no response to meds.

The nurse comes in and takes my temperature (she didn't leave the thermometer but for a few seconds) and says I don't have a fever. I looked at her and replied that is not true because I just took my temperature before I left. She replies that sometimes they go down. She walks out and says the doctor is coming in soon. The doctor comes in and asks me some questions. He orders a flu and Covid test which come back negative. He comes in and says it's an upper respiratory infection and gives me some over the counter cough medicine. No antibiotics or anything. I leave the office and go back home. I take my temperature again and it was higher (100.8). I had a sinus infection and needed antibiotics and this place said I was basically had a cold.

The receptionist refused, saying he was only eligible for one day. When I asked to speak with Dr. Ruby, I was told she wasn't there and they "couldn't tell me" when she would be available. I was placed on hold and had to repeat the entire story to another staff member, only to feel questioned over a simple school note request. It took 15 minutes for something that should have been a quick phone call. As someone who works in a medical office, I cannot imagine treating patients this way. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravation, I would reconsider going here.

So my question is they are not reviewing their billing with any insurance company I would rather charge you!!! Be careful when you receive a bill from these folks They will bill you and hope you just pay without verifying with your insurance!!! 4 visits in a month and a half and they tried to charge me four times my bill because they didn't clear it with my insurance company!!!
