There are no good urgent cares in the area, but this one is particularly bad. The office staff are ok and were more personable than the doctor, but ultimately I wasn't able to get my issue addressed effectively so the $150 I paid was a complete and utter waste. Within minutes of me being there they called the police on another patient who was reasonably frustrated with the service he was provided. The state of healthcare in the US is sorry in general and this place is perfectly emblematic of why. If nothing else, it was an interesting microcosm of America's dysfunctional healthcare system.

An intense day for the staff, but both the receptionist and nurse were professional, friendly, and kind. Not rushed. When the busy doctor made it into our examination room, the sounds of a patient in distress outside the door caused him to leave immediately to her assistance. A hospital ambulance was needed. In the meantime, the doctor examined my husband and explained what could be going on...and how to treat it in detail. When the EMTs arrived, he went out to go over the other patient's details and arrange her care. He returned to us, picking up where he left off without hurrying. Explained possible alternative medical conditions that could cause my husband's problem and said -- if the Rx he sent in to our pharmacy did not help in a couple of days -- to come back. He'd be right there at work tomorrow (Sunday) and the next day (Labor Day).... saying in a heartfelt way that he loves what he does. A Clutch Player if ever there was one.
