There are no good urgent cares in the area, but this one is particularly bad. The office staff are ok and were more personable than the doctor, but ultimately I wasn't able to get my issue addressed effectively so the $150 I paid was a complete and utter waste. Within minutes of me being there they called the police on another patient who was reasonably frustrated with the service he was provided. The state of healthcare in the US is sorry in general and this place is perfectly emblematic of why. If nothing else, it was an interesting microcosm of America's dysfunctional healthcare system.

Upon leaving, one of the reception ladies were sitting, full body, on top of the desk, legs swinging and just yapping away. Never would I return here. UPDATE: Thank you for your response, Vanessa. However, I want to clarify that no one has reached out to me directly regarding my experience. I stand by my review as it reflects what I encountered firsthand. They refused to treat me as "the paperwork would take too long" as I would be a new patient. I then had to drive to another, more professional Urgent Care facility to have my finger stitched. The finger continued to bleed the whole time. I am in the process of filing complaints with NJ Health Care regulatory bodies.
