I went to their office (Middleton) during listed office hours and they were closed. When someone returned my phone call (days later) I was told that they have limited "drug screen" days/hours and to go to the Wilmington location on a specific day (one day before the drug screen deadline). I called them the morning of to warn them of my arrival and no answer. I arrived at the suggested location on suggested day and they were "on break". I told them of my issues and they seemed surprised to hear that no one was answering the phones. Odd place.

Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing because I was hoping to receive treatment to manage my symptoms. However, the doctor here did not provide any treatment to manage symptoms, rather handed me generic literature and told that condition could resolve in the next few days or weeks. This is frustrating because no active treatment was given and I'm still struggling with the same symptoms. The problem is NOT resolved As a patient, I go to doctor for treatment, not generic information that is easily available in AI. Unfortunately, my symptoms still persist and I will need to find another doctor to fix the problem.

Front desk was great. I actually called the front desk to see how long the wait was before heading over and highly recommend this approach. They have an option for financial assistance which I have applied to and both times, I have been denied. The financial or business office keeps asking for the latest paystubs or my old taxes which I have made clear I am not working so I do not know where I am supposed to get that documentation. My two bills come to under $300 which is a small amount for all the money I have brought to them. On the contrary with my scraping for pennies, that is a huge amount I cannot currently afford. it is sad that for once, they cannot forgive or let go of a bill that will not even break their bank. She was having a hard time walking. The nurse took us back and immediately tried getting her oxygen levels, with no luck. Dr. Kilborn came in and they immediately put her on oxygen and called for an ambulance. I was in shock. We've never had a medical emergency requiring an ambulance. The Doctors and Nurses were all so calm, even though I could tell they were really nervous because they couldn't get an O2 reading. The Tewksbury Fire Department and local paramedics responded and off we went to Lowell General. I want to thank Dr. Kilborn and the Nurses working on 6/27/24. They did a fabulous job.

I wait about 45-60 minutes usually, but the other day, I waited 1 1/2 hrs. with one person ahead of me. There are no doctors there, just nurse practitioners, which is fine for a cold or hangnail and small things, but if it's more serious, they'll tell you to go to the ER your PCP, after waitng that long to see them. The NP and medical assistant are very nice. When I had a problem, I called them and they don't answer the phone, you leave a message and they call you back. They're OK in a pinch, but not the greatest.

(Dx: iliopsoas irritation after THR caused by retroverted or oversized acetabular cup) This could have been easily redone immediately after surgery but now 11 years out would be a major surgery. There's plenty of parking in front of and behind the building. I prefer this location over Winchester Hospital for testing due to the convenience and easy parking. I've never had to wait long to be called to the draw area. The staff here has always been friendly and efficient. Results come back in a timely manner also. The office location is downstairs but very close to the elevator.
