I have asked my homeowners about it, to which they replied that this is typical of the service they have received since moving to Sagle 2ish years ago. I have tried to look them up online, where they have no Facebook page and many people have had concerns similar to mine. It is really disheartening to know that one of the ONLY ways to get internet in the Sagle area provides such poor service and is hard to reach. [this review was posted from my bathroom, because that is the only place in my house that I have cell service strong enough to use internet].

Since MiFiber took over our local cable company, we've lost WiFi more in this short time than we…read moreever did before and when WiFi goes down now, it's hours upon hours before it comes back up.. their local phone number is useless because even during business hours, their calls are directed to an outside source.. tech support doesn't answer any calls .. in fact, as I type this, it has rang approximately 60 rings and still no answer.. my sister in law has already switched over to Zipleys and now it's looking more and more like we may do the same

We are maxed out on their available speeds. Tech/ service guys are very helpful and nice but even they can not overcome the limitations of their technology. Neighbors just got Verizon's 4g LTE service and have no problems. Looks like we will be going that route. Sorry Air-pipe... we gave you three years to fix the service up here on the Cougar Gulch relay. Three years too long. From their business description, "Perfect for gaming or watching videos online" = total joke. If you enjoy watching 5 to10 sec snippets of a video at a time, this is the internet service for you.

I had nothing to lose as my wife and I both work from home and had no internet. I was losing $$$ each day and desperate. I called Miriam and she was super helpful and got me hooked up quickly with quality reliable service. Her and David are a great resource for Internet service and the customer service is 5 stars all the way and worth the extra $$$. With no internet I don't make $$$$. I feel that I can call Fast Internet and get any issue solved quickly. Call them and and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.
