Two months later after I entered into a auto pay agreement Tractor Supply went into my bank account and started taking 3 & 4 times the payment amount I had setup! I called to complain and after they had made me tell the story 4 times I'm getting irritated they pass me over to some guy for me to tell it again so I went to my bank account and used my balance transfer I told this rude guy I'm paying off my account with Tractor Supply, without him saying anything he cancelled my account. One month later I was going through my banking I found out my perfect credit @ 760 was reduced to 640 because Tractor Supply had hit me with late fees, when they closed my account my balance transfer never went finished the payoff . Tractor Supply is still sticking it to me 3 months later with late fees my balance transfer is waiting for TSC to accept but they will not because my account was closed. So I did. The message I got when I called was "leave a message". There were people inside by the cars parked there. They were obviously open, but doors locked. So naturally, I knocked on the door (being the call for an appointment was "leave a message," and I'm already parked right there). Eventually, a guy comes out, rudy pushes the door open, and walks past me. I thought, wow! This guy is a mad customer or something. I'm just staring at him, asking myself what was that was all about. The guy stops about 10 feet away from me, spins around (never once looking at me in the eye), and says, "we talk out here!". "Didn't you read the sign to call?" I told him I DID call and got an I call you back message, and I thought if I knocked, I would get to speak to someone, even if 6' away. I was inquiring about what equipment they had for sale. I felt like an idiot and like a child being scolded. Yikes. Hmm. I am not returning there for another round of that!

The counter clerk (overweight, middle-aged,…read moreshaggy grey-haired white male), refused to give his name, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I rented a dump trailer and excavator for 2 days. The dump trailer was inoperable under any load whatsoever. Battery would not hold a charge. I notified the counter clerk of the problem and he became very loud and accused me of breaking it. He said all of the equipment works 100% when it goes out and that it was tested before it left. I rent thousands of dollars worth of equipment annually and I'm very familiar with the equipment I rent and operate. I will never do business with this scam company and highly advise against patronizing a business that continues to employ such an inept and unprofessional individual. Horrible experience!
