Dr. Hegazi is absolutely the best in the area! I have never received such amazing care and attention to my needs regarding my back, neck and shoulder ache. I have had some terrible tension in my shoulder and neck - to the point of not being able to turn my head without an electric, hot pain shooting through my neck. Upon first arriving, he gives a very comprehensive analysis and took x-rays of my spine/neck in order to identify the current condition. Can't thank Dr Hegazi enough for what he and his team do. I have a crazy schedule and called last minute on Saturday morning. I had this weird swooshing sound in my ear that seemed to be some version of Pulsatile Tinnitus that was driving me insane. I wasn't sure what was causing it or how to make it go away! I learned that upper cervical adjustments help so I thought Id give it a shot. After slipping down a flight of stairs, I was like. . . Yea, it's time to see Dr H. So I called his team on Saturday and they fit me in despite having a busy calendar. Apparently the despair in my voice was palpable. Ill add that I am very picky about who I trust to adjust me after having a bad experience with a prior chiropractor in another state. He has always been very meticulous and sensitive to what I need. My wife recommended that I visit Dr. Hegazi after I had a sudden neck cramp. He met with me the within 24 hours of the initial phone call. It took a very short time to get my health insurance paperwork thanks to magic of his receptionist. He worked his magic and was able to fix me up within 6 visits over a three week period. I first sought chiropractic care with Dr. Hegazi in 2010 for mid-back issues. Back then, I lived very close by and chose this practice just out of convenience. After a few visits, my pain drastically subsided and eventually my mid-back made a full recovery. I was very happy with his care and even referred my wife for treatment. Four years later, I developed an unrelated low back issue due to lack of exercise and weakened muscles coupled with a slight injury and sedentary lifestyle. I moved away from Merrifield and sought treatment close to work with another doctor. After a month of treatment with the other practitioner, I was having the same level of pain and difficulties. I called for Dr. Hegazi's care despite the slight inconvenience to come in for appointments. Dr Hegazi offered evening and Saturday hours to make it possible. And after a couple weeks of his care, I'm back to being pain-free and having full range of motion well on my way to recovery. Before I saw Dr. Hegazi at concept chiropractic and rehab, I had never been to a chiropractor. Shortly after my initial consultation I realized, I had also never received quality medical care. Any time I have been to a primary doctor or even the hospital, it was like I was just a patient number, or a quick in and out without compassion. I was in a vulnerable state after being in a shocking car accident and I didn't even feel like myself, but after receiving treatment from him I started to regain strength -mentally and physically. I have been going to Dr. Hegazi for about 5 years for chiropratic care. Recently, after a meeting with my primary Dr. for shoulder pain, he suggested a course of Physical Therapy. Since Dr. Hegazi helped my husband with PT after his knee surgery, I asked Dr. Hegazi about PT for my shoulder. Now after working with Dr. Hegazi for four weeks, my range of motion has improved dramatically, and there is a definite decrease in pain. I sometimes forget that my shoulder is even an issue.
