Kayla is AMAZING and has done my hair a few times now, very kind. The older lady with the accent that's normally at the front desk everytime i've been and never doing anyone's hair I understand why now. SHE IS SO RUDE!! She was also rude last time I was there and had the same service done last week for ~$30 and quoted me $45 for a blow out, when I asked she told me "I will never do that for $30 no one does" after just agreeing (because $15 isn't that big of a deal) she rollled her eyes and walked to her chair saying a few more things under her breath... I kindly told her I was okay and thank you anyways because why would I have someone touch my hair that seems upset with me they have to do THEIR job.
