They absolutely saved me!! Had to go shorter but it ended up being really cute!! The reason I'm putting three stars is I recently went back to this location for a blunt in the back trim, face framing layers in the front, and curtain bangs. I ended up with someone I've never had cut my hair before. Oh. My. Word. How in the world does this girl have a license to cut hair?! This new lady was very kind and stayed an hour after closing for me to do this, which I was very grateful for. She had said coming in around 45 mins before they closed was fine (I called ahead asking if I could come that night or if I should wait until the next day and she said just to come in that night). However, she did everything wrong!! Not to mention the bickering her and the other closing lady had in-front of my husband and I. I wish I could remember their names. The other lady wanting to leave with her bf left the lady cutting my hair still alone in the salon when apparently that's against their policy. So awkward and unprofessional of the one who left the one cutting my hair. Anyways, the one cutting my hair that night gave me layers in the back when I told her not to. And then - the front. Oh my gosh it was terrible!! I didn't even realize how bad it was until I got home!! The hair in the whole front half of my head was chopped short. She gave me such thick bangs that started in the middle of my head and they were chunks! I had to keep asking her to try and feather/blend these out. There was no hair left in the front to create face framing layers. When I asked where they were she lifted up like maybe 10 strands of the long hair I had left in the front and pointed to non existent layers. Oh!! And she didn't even cut the back straight!! Y'all, she did me so dirty!! Luckily, I had a friend who was able to somewhat salvage what I had left. I'm still trying to grow all of this out. I gave the woman a HUGE tip out of gratitude for her staying so late for me and for doing, what I thought at first, was a pretty decent job. Gosh I wish I didn't do that. I'm a people pleaser. I should have gone back and complained but I just couldn't. Let me just say this about Hair Cuttery: I have never had a terrible haircut or a disaster hair cut, until I started coming to their locations. Sometimes they have good stylist. And sometimes, their stylist should not be allowed to hold scissors. Spend the extra money and go to a nicer salon. Don't gamble with Hair Cuttery unless you've found someone who is good and you STICK with that person. Or do it yourself, or find a friend who can do it for you. Y'all probably get better results anyways. Let's just say I'm scarred.

I have been searching for a salon and stylist that truly cares about the health of your hair and who knows how to cut hair properly. Most salons CANNOT cut hair professionally even though they charge you for said "professional cut." Angela will give you an outstanding cut. I firmly believe that my hair grew faster and healthier because of it. My hair was so damaged, tangled and breaking off from hormones and stress. Angela was so sweet and extremely informative about hair health and products. She has a pleasant and gentle energy that transfers to how she handles the service that you're getting. She is honest and gives you all the information regarding your hair as well as how to take care of it "after" the appointment. Every single time I go to Angela my hair looks and feels so healthy, shiny and gorgeous. My scalp feels clean and my my hair has so much body. My style lasts for 7 to 10 days guaranteed when I use a silk bonnet and minimal product. Angela is the best!! The color correction is flawless--natural, bright, and exactly what I hoped for. The cut is perfect too and makes my hair look so much healthier. What I appreciated most was how well Carl listened. We talked through my goals, my low‑maintenance lifestyle, and what was realistically achievable, and together we came up with a long‑term plan that feels totally doable. I left feeling confident, heard, and genuinely excited about my hair again. If you want someone talented, thoughtful, and collaborative, I can't recommend Carl Slack at Head 2 Toe Salon enough! Literally walked in right to the section where I was going to buy something and they followed and stood right there watching. Asked if i needed help i said no i was okay and then they propped themselves against the shelves watching again. I get there is a need to monitor but really....Just go to sephora and pay more or target with ulta if you want an actual enjoyable shopping experience. They clearly have a "targeted" approach to who they want to "watch" or "follow".
