Concept One was such an amazing photo booth to have at our wedding! I honestly forgot about all of the elements they provided and had so much fun looking at our photobook the day after the wedding. Wow where do I start? It was a great experience overall from my initial consultation to receiving the most beautiful wedding album in the world lol I interviewed over 7 photograph companies for my wedding and I went with ConceptOne. The service and price and package was great! Our photographer was great she was with us practically all day and had a blast she said. She took about 1700 pictures!!! It was hard selecting pictures for the album but when I saw the album I was so happy with the end result. Sal is a great guy to work with and very helpful, I would definitely recommend! FANTASTIC SERVICE FOR A GREAT PRICE!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Concept One. From the very first meeting almost 2 years ago with Sal (Owner) to today as i was thanking him for our wedding album, the customer service has been nothing but stellar. Sal has always been very easy to get a hold of via email and phone (he provides his cell phone number to all clients, which not many people do). He or Ryan have always been very helpful and informative whenever i had a question, and i had a BUNCH! I know that Sal and Concept One works with tons of brides but when Sal was talking to me I felt like i was their only client because of all the attention i received. The packages they provide are either ala carte or all inclusive (what we chose) -photo,video, and photo booth and come with engagement announcements, place cards, and wedding album, for a FANTASTIC price! Our photographer was Arnold and you can tell he was a seasoned pro! He was great at his job, was funny and attentive and captured all the right moments. The pictures turned out way better than I could have ever expected. The photo album, we received today and it looks very professional and perfect! The layout is great and it looks high quality. All in all i am completely thrilled with Concept One, Sal and the whole team. Truly the BEST customer service out of all the photographers i met with (8 to be exact!) and truly stunning pictures. We used Concept One for our wedding this past Saturday (3/21/15). Overall, we really enjoyed working with them! During the planning process, we worked with and spoke to Sal. He was very receptive and easy to get along with. We went with a package that included a photo booth; so we had two people to work with on our wedding day. We LOVED our photo booth attendant. There was a last minute change with this, but it was seamless! Just because I was so excited and had so much going on that day, I didn't realize until after the event that our attendant was Ryan, Sal's son! Great guy! He was personable, and made sure we were content with the hours we had set up for the photo booth. He wasn't hovering over us, and gently reminded my husband and I that we needed to get in the booth as well. Nothing but praises for Ryan! Our photographer.... well, he was ok. He was great with contacting us before the event. We even sent him a zip folder of specific pictures we wanted. He accomplished some of these, but not all - there weren't pictures that were appropriate for church! He arrived on time (always a plus!) and took plenty of photos of the girls and me getting ready. That is kind of the end of the good I have to say about him. After our church service, he took SOOOOOO many pictures, even after being told by me and my husband that we were DONE, and kept us there so long, that we missed ALL the other stops we wanted to make for FUN pictures! The stops were all close by, intentionally, so we didn't have to be driving all over creation! After the church, we had to go right to the reception. While at the reception venue, he was not listening to us! I cannot say how many times we told him we were done with being pulled from the party to take more annoying posed pictures! In an email to him I clearly stated we like posed pictures, but this was extreme; and the poses should have been of our guests as well. Whenever we told him we were done, and at times we were terse with him, his response was, "I'm just doing my job." I even replied once, "Yes, and I am paying you. We are done with this." It's almost like he went overboard with pictures at the reception in an attempt to "make up" for what we missed with fun pictures.... except they still weren't fun!!!!! I honestly couldn't have been happier to have his time to end that night! We obviously don't have our pictures yet, it has only been three days since our wedding. His pictures may end up being wonderful, but I will still have the complaint that he doesn't listen! If you use Concept One, I would honestly say you might want to avoid ROBERTO D. The company is GREAT - and I would suggest them to anyone. We just were NOT happy with our day long photographer. I will remark on photos once we see them. **Update (6/19/15) - we received all of our photos and are honestly pleased with the overall result. Even though Roberto is still not top on our list of things that were exceptional regarding our wedding overall, pictures themselves are great quality. We definitely sat there groaning about many of them, because they were not what we wanted, but there were enough to make us happy. Adam was very personable and even reminded my husband and I to take advantage and take pictures before it ended. We used them for photobooth only. They were able to accomplish what they had to do. Could the service been better? Yes. I was never contacted the week of the wedding- i had to call them and when I did, no one was available to answer. I need to plan things out for the wedding you know? They finally got back to me the day before the wedding after multiple voicemails i left. I e-mailed back and forth with them with what design I wanted and all other details. Yet when they got to the wedding the design I chose was not even right. My guests even reported to me that at some point, the printer was broken. I mean, we did not really get our money's worth. We booked Concept One as they came highly recommended for a photo booth at our wedding. It was the easiest process of booking and communication. Sal was quite detailed with the services they offer and how they could accommodate our outdoor location. Our photo booth attendant, Peter, was prompt, friendly and super fun. He made a point to come find my bride and I, introduce himself and give a status on how the turn out was going. Our guests had a blast and loved being able to get extra copies of photos. We used concept one for our photo booth at our reception on 3/5/16. I relieved a call 2 days before from tom saying he was going to be running the booth. The night of the reception it was not tom who was there, it was a different employee. They were supposed to do 4 hours of photos. There was some kind of issue where they could not get the equipment to work. First, I was told there would be no photo booth at all, then they decided to move it to a different part of the facility. I was just glad we were going to get some pictures. All told they only did 3 hours of pictures because they didn't even realize the equipment wasn't working until some guests went in to take pictures. Finally after dinner they were ready to take pictures. The pictures we got I'm glad we did, but we should have had more. I spoke to the owner about the 3 vs 4 hours of photo time that we paid for. He took my address and was going to send something as a compensation, but I never received anything. read more

Definitely book a Concept One photo booth for whatever type of event you are hosting! We had a wonderful experience at our wedding. Communication beforehand was great, Ryan made it very clear that they did not want us to have to worry about the photo booth at all day-of, and they kept their word! The "booth" itself is actually a bench with a screen behind it so you can fit way more than the typical 2-4 people comfortably. We had several super fun photos with 8-10 people. The attendant actually seemed to be having fun with our group plus he printed everyone copies of the photos plus an extra for the photo album where guests could paste the photo strip and write a message. A super fun keepsake that beats the traditional guest book! A couple weeks after the event you also get a link to download the individual photos. Super fun and well done! read more

Everyone I worked with at Concept One was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We got José for our photobooth, as we met him at one of the bridal expos and he had just the best personality (my mom said that day make sure he's available as wed already booked the company). The pricing was wonderful especially because when we saw them at the expo originally they were running a special (2 free parent books added in addution to our own book, our portrait and everything shipped free) and they also give rights to all pictures and digital library. Our photographer gave great direction and the pictures he showed us day of, even without editing were stunning. I only give 4 stars because as fantastic as our photographer was,he yelled at our pastor when he came up to ask a question during bridal party pics (he didnt know he was our pastor atm) but did apologize afterwards. We were running behind, and he did tell us that he could be alil abrasive & not to take offense at what he may say to get reactions as he wanted to make sure we got all our shots in. When asked if I wanted other final pics before he left and I said Id wanted one with both my and my now husbands fam together he was more than less enthused and it made me feel bad for asking, like I'd picked something dumb or boring. I felt alil rushed as well but I should've been more commanding to match his personality. I definitely love the wotk this company does and highly recommended. However, if you're shy and on the quiet/introverted side just know things can get alil awkward, not that that'd be a new concept for introverts :-) read more

We used concept one for our wedding on May 28, 2017 and they were great! Sal is super friendly and is always available to answer any questions you may have. Our photographer was Vlad and he was great! He was professional and on time. He did a great job getting photographs of everyone and I'm sure it wasn't easy considering we had 300 guests! We also had a photo booth and that was a huge hit with our guests! They even presented us with a scrapbook of all of photos from the photo booth at the end of the night! I did a lot of research before booking them and they have really fair prices too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know! read more

WOW! we went to a wedding show in downers grove today and looked at all the photo companies and while my aunt was being offered a photo booth for 200$ more than the girl next to her I said well why isn't it the same price, it was the same exact package... The son of the guy offering said he's my dad and the owner so he can do that... I am not racist but they were of Indian decent and so was the other ladies who were offered 200$ less... I said no we want the same as they were offered and then the owner (dad) said it was because they were getting married on a sunday, I was polite and asked the ladies when the wedding day was, SATURDAY in December!!!!!! So once again I said well my aunts wedding is on a saturday too just like these ladies and the guy said "move along" lol I don't think that is good business and will be contacting the wedding expo as well because I was not the only person this happened too... Hopefully the other couples (2) others who heard what happened will go on here as well... read more

We had Concept One provide the Photo Booth for our wedding. They were great! The service was fabulous and they beyond exceeded our expectations. The props they provided were hilarious and huge crowd pleasers. There were two on staff attendants that handed out copies of the photos to our guests to take home and for our own book of all the photo booth photos. We heard about Concept One Photography in a Bridal Show and we gave them a call, since they were in our budget we decided to book them. Just like everyone else, I went crazy reading reviews. I read a review about Roberto saying how he didn't really listen to the couple and that they were not able to go to their second location for pictures because of him. I was beyond nervous when I found out that HE was going to be our photographer. I have to say he was AMAZING!!!! We sent him my Pinterest folder of pictures and he got almost all the pictures that I requested. He arrived on time took pictures of my family and friends, and then he left to take pictures of my fiancé. We also worked very well with our videographer, which was hired from a different company. At the church he took your traditional pictures but also added the artistic ones that I really wanted. My experience with Concept One has been amazing; I 110% recommended them. The photo booth was a hit with my entire guest; I really enjoyed the scrapbook that they provided. I just wish I had taken more pictures. It's almost a year and I finally got to do my album, so glad that they don't rush you about turning in the pictures. I just got an email about my album and they had made all the changes I had requested. They even included some photoshopped pictures that my husband had done. I had the worst experience with this company. First of all, I did both my engagement and wedding pictures with this company. I was told that I would have the same photographer for both; the week of my wedding, Sal tells me I will have some woman and not the same guy who did my engagement photos. I kept my mind open, spoke to her on the phone, and felt confident that it would work out. WOW WAS I WRONG! She was late..she had no artistic skills whatsoever. She was supposed to get there to scoop out where we could do some pictures at...she did not do that. Any ideas of places came from us, at the drop of a hat, because I was getting nervous that all of our pictures would be in the same spot. SHE WAS SMOKING WHILE TAKING OUR PICTURES! And she was not very nice. I was late for my ceremony because of her time management. I did not get a SINGLE PICTURE WITH MY MOM AND I! How could she have missed that?! Also, I did not get a single picture of my husband with my family. She was supposed to be there until the end of the night, well...my father-in-law saw her walking out at 9pm..without her even asking if we had all the pictures we wanted. She was so frustrating that at a point, I gave up even asking her for anything. She was horrible. Literally I could cry thinking about my wedding photos..that I spend $2,000 on. I will say that Sal did try to make it better by adding things on to my package after it was all said and done. However, my thank-you cards went out late because he had sent them to me spelled incorrectly. They turned out beautiful, once the spelling was corrected. We also got a book and 2 parent books, which also were beautiful. Sal was super helpful during the designing of those books. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how amazing the boys were that ran the photo booth. It was a hit and the boys running it were great! I will add that it broke down for about a half-hour, but the boys stayed an extra half hour to make up for it. I do not recommend this company for the amount of money I spent. My father-in-law took pictures that night on his personal camera and his were much more special. The pictures I received from Concept One were disappointing and I regret ever using them. read more

Concept One is the best! We used the large canopy photo-booth for our High School reunion, and we had a blast! We were able to fit a lot of people in the pictures, and too see how we looked first. Robert was our photographer and he had some very wonderful and creative ideas for different shots of the bride and groom before the wedding and during the wedding. We were very pleased with how easy-going he was and helpful in coordinating our bridal party for great shots. He truly captured all of the moments I could've hoped for with our family and friends. He even took photos in the rain with us! it was worth every minute and he was a wonderful person to work with. I recently was at a wedding where Concept One was doing the photography. I had to write a review because they were such nice people and so much fun. They had set up a photo booth inside the hall and it was a big hit with the partygoers! Such a fun idea! My wife and I heard about Concept One through a bridal expo and originally just went to book their photobooth because it was such a great deal. We ended up meeting with Sal and fell in love with his demeanor and the way he talked about his company. We saw proofs of his pictures and as he explained the whole wedding process about how his services would really benefit us. He also gave us insight on what worked with other brides and what didn't. WHO ELSE DOES THAT? We learned so much from him and really took his opinion on a ton of things. And I will say this, we had the most smooth wedding ever! The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Brian the photographer really knew what he was doing, as well as the videographer. I would say out of all my vendors these people were the best. I couldn't have asked for a better photobooth, pictures, and video. Our video was so well put together, and with copies. Our photo album was BEAUTIFUL. It was not a small album like you see at a lot of other places either. It is a huge book with very nice thick pages. I get complimented on it all the time as it sits on my entryway table in my house. I would def recommend these people. We used Concept One for the photo booth at our wedding. They were less expensive than a lot of the other companies we found, so we decided to give them a shot. They were very easy to work with and professional. Joe was the photo booth attendant at our reception. He did an excellent job! He set everything up before cocktail hour so that there were no disruptions and everything was ready to go by the time people entered the room. Everyone who took photos in the booth got to keep a strip of their photos and then an identical strip went into an album for us to keep. The guests signed notes next to their photos. Joe put the album together and gave it to us at the end of the night. It is an awesome album and it's so much fun to go through and remember the great memories from our wedding night! Here is the deal, if you are looking for a photo booth at a pretty good price, I would use them. What you see at the bridal show is exactly what you get (however, don't feel pressured to sign up for it right then and there at the bridal show special price, they offer the same price all the time, just sign up to be on their email list). Anthony was our photobooth attendant and he was awesome, and the book he prepared for us with all the photo strips is a great alternative to a guestbook! However, when I signed up to get the photobooth, I did so because I thought I was also going to get our thank you cards included in the price and the thank you that they were advertising was beautiful. Don't be fooled by this! The thank you card that they will advertise to you is stolen from Wedding Paper Divas, and if you ask them to make your thank you like that one, they will not be able to. What a let down. When I asked for my thank you to look exactly like the one that was advertised which they told me they had recently designed for another couple, Sal just told me that "the font was no longer available." Don't advertise something you can't deliver, Sal, and don't steal from other companies and claim their work as your own. Unprofessional and unethical. read more
