This practice has spent considerable time and research to extract the maximum amount of money/benefits possible from each individual's insurance plan. Whatever your insurance will pay for is what will be done to you. They run people through their system like a conveyor belt. Does your insurance cover massage therapy? How long is the minimum amount of minutes 15, 30? That's what they'll do. Does it cover physical therapy? Ok they'll have a minimally trained person (not a PT) stretch you. I have been to almost a dozen chiropractors and NEVER has one of them refused to adjust another area of my spine in the same visit! Their chiropractor adjusted my lumbar area and when I said my thoracic and cervical areas also needed attention, he refused and said "that's all we're doing today" so when I asked about how to have them addressed he said "make an appointment for later this week". That is a way for them to use up as many 'adjustments' as possible from your insurance as quickly as possible. Three 'adjustments' in one week, lower, middle and upper means three insurance payments! I only was covered for 12 per year from my insurance! Every other chiropractor I've been to in my 50 years has adjusted my entire spine and called it one 'adjustment' for insurance or self pay. Great care. Sometimes there is a wait, probably my only negative here. But they are busy and the care is always good. I come for chronic neck pain and other issues and they have been treating me for over a month and the pain is dissipating some. The staff is friendly and professional. And the team came highly recommended by others. Looking at alternative medicine and treatment. Now it is just massage and that is working. Terrible experience with front desk management. They dont have good communication or time management skills. I was expecting to get out under two hours and was left laying on a table for over 30 minutes after being told that someone will be right with you. When I got up to say that I needed to reschedule because I had work instead of saying sorry or we will work with you they told me that this is the usual wait time. How am I supposed to know this when the opposite was communicated to me? Then after being over charged for the first extremely long session, they didnt process my claim and told me I would be able to get a refund within 30 days. Its now been two months and the overcharge was never processed because they wanted me to just pay the full price. On top of poor billing management they gave me three different doctors to work with when I only scheduled with the same one. Then one of the doctors they gave me wasnt covered by my insurance and they tried to bill me out of network fees. The quality of care when the time comes is not bad but it is not worth the time and pain that has gone into the mishandled billing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I tried going for a few appointments a couple of months ago but the front office is always PACKED with people waiting for their appts and paying/rescheduling. I'm disgusted that they would make 10 people, in some sort of pain or another, wait at least 20 minutes for their scheduled appointment! I sat / stood for 25 minutes and didnt see a single person get called back before I got up and left. Saw lots of people leaving, get in line and WAIT again to pay/ schedule their next appt. I get that they are busy and understaffed but with that in mind they should adjust their appts appropriately rather than make everyone wait. They are very nice & the place is very clean so they get 3 stars. They just need to get their scheduling under control. read more

The physical therapy sessions that I have gone to have been very helpful. I have been using their new water treadmill which has been a great way to exercise my hip without putting too much weight on it. The massage sessions have been wonderful! They really know what they're doing and I walk out of there feeling super refreshed. The adjustments are nice as well, though sometimes they feel a little rushed. The space is small, and makes it almost impossible to socially distance from other customers... but all employees wear their mask, and out of my many times going there I've only noticed one other customer not wearing a mask. If you're really trying to stay distant from other people, I recommend making an early morning appointment or not taking a chance at all. I was really disappointed in this office. My midwife recommended me here for back and hip pain. Every time I went in for therapy, no one knew I was pregnant. They kept trying to have me do things that were not safe. It's really frustrating to walk into a doctors office after 2 weeks and having them still not know I was pregnant. I eventually got snippy and they said they finally wrote it down on my chart. I have been to every appointment and each one has always been 3 hours long which is outrageous. No one should have to wait that long in between sessions that it takes a total time of 3 hours for each appointment. I called in to cancel an appointment due to a serious medical procedure that my S.O. was having since cancer runs in his family. And the receptionist said there's no way you can come in and I said no this is a little more important. And she snapped and said I guess we will just have to wait until next week. I will not be going back here and I will be telling my midwife that it is not the best place to be sending their patients. read more

I walked in it was like a spa it was absolutely wonderful the lady was wonderful the people were all lovely and polite I had an adjustment the lady asked me if I could come back the next morning and I said I did not know because I was waiting to hear to call back about some training for a temporary job and she said okay well you can we can make it and then if you got that call this evening then you can just give us a call back and I said okay thank you very much but that's not what happened at all ends up at 3 this morning my son ends up getting really sick out of both ends that's why I called them and let them know that I would not be making it my child was sick for some reason I have no idea why these people thought it would be a good idea to call me even though I said I had a very sick small child I answered the phone because I was thinking it was going to be the work training and it was Jenny from spine Associates a time I said I'm so sorry Jenny but I'm kind of having a little bit of an emergency here my son is throwing up and I am sorry but I already called to cancel this morning I'm sure long before you ever opened and she's like yeah well and I said so wait a minute you're telling me that you got my message and she said yeah. This clinic is a JOKE! The receptionists look like they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off!!! This clinic is nice looking. That's all it has going for it! I witnessed the front staff trying to navigate patients around. HOLY COW!!! NOOOO! They had no clue where they were going or what they were doing. There is a girl at the desk that has been there for several years and she bosses the rest of the staff around and and BELITTLES THEM! I have been there twice and seen it twice!!! AWFUL!!! I even over heard her talking about the one girl up front to someone in the hallway before I left at my second visit. That's not professional young lady! The music was inappropriate to listen to.
