Did we have a few glitches....yes, but show me a kitchen remodel that doesn't.....But, we were able to work with Michael and genuinely think they aim to please..... The main issue was the 2 main workers, did not speak English and I had a spattering of Spanish, so several issue could have been avoided there. They were both very hard workers who never stopped, and moved at a fast speed.....They did their best to keep the dust down and the trash gone...Stuck everything we could behind doors of two bedrooms. We really like the quiet close kitchen cabinets and the quartz counters we chose.....Both of good quality.

They ran the carpeting up to the doorways, and then crudely cut the carpeting around the trim. Then, on two walls they stopped the carpeting about 1 to 2 inches from the wall. On other walls, they simply turned the carpeting up against the wall. We cannot imagine what the installer was thinking (or not). We have called the office, to which their reply is "We'll get back to you" and of course they don't. UPDATE: Okay, Wayne, Al's son came over, saw that the job hadn't been done properly. He said, and follow through on not leaving until it was fixed. They moved the furniture, re-oriented the carpet, and it now looks very good and is fit perfectly in the room. The service technician responded within a couple days, greased the fittings and changed the zincs. He did an adequate job but when a couple of the grease fittings were corroded and jammed he had no zerks with him so I gave him 2 and he greased them after installing. Unsatisfactory that he would show up without that bench stock. The manager, Pete D showed up to estimate cost to replace the bunks at the same time. He was late, offered no apology -- and was very disorganized. He said he would provide quote for bunks (parts, installation, etc) but until today he failed to provide the cost estimate as agreed. I called and emailed his team many times. Very unsatisfactory. Needless to say, the $290 service charge will be paid but I went to another company for the bunks and they installed them within a week for $2300, Pete's quote was $$3015. Avoid this company, there are good options in the Upper Keys.
