A week later, I called back and whoever answered said 'I guess they don't want to do it'. I understand a lot of things are going on right now, but I feel that things could have been handled more professionally, maybe an e-mail declining our business when we first reached out. I'm giving them 3 stars because my company worked with them in the past and we love their work (that's why I went there first), I just wish I experienced the friendliness of the staff that I'm reading about in the other reviews, or maybe more professionalism.
