I am beyond happy with the service I received from this company. The employees are all professional and extremely helpful. Kevin assisted me with the transactions and provided detailed explanations. He was very easy to reach and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I had a rental car delivered to me, and picked up my car to bring to the shop. All the details regarding the transaction were explained to me by Kevin, over the phone. The rental car exchange was seamless. My car was completed before the expected time, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call that my car would be delivered, even though it was past 5pm, due to my work schedule. The good: when I finally retrieved my car it looked brand new. The bad: 1. It was towed to their shop Dec 14, 2022, and was driven back home Mar 22, 2023. Several earlier promises of completion had been made. 2. The whole car was painted "white". It came from the factory painted "crystal white". A different shade. 3. Two of the shrader valves are now mutilated in a fashion that precludes the use of an external gauge to measure tire pressure. 4. They insisted on a cashiers check for payment. read more

Dealing with this place has & continues to be the nightmare of all nightmares. Stay away no matter what. They kept my car for three months, returned it in undriveable condition (I still don't have my car fixed), racked up $26k+ in costs, and made every step of the process unbearable. I was rear-ended, and my car was towed here by AAA. I think that somebody at AAA is getting kickbacks from this shop. They told me I'd have my car fixed in less than two months, it took close to three months to get it back (although not in driveable condition). All the while, they kept promising that it would be ready when it wasn't. They missed seven deadlines. Once they returned my car via tow truck, it was not driveable. I then had to have it towed and taken to a Mercedes shop. I still don't have my car back. Concierge Collision Repair had said that they test drove my car before returning it. This could not have been the case since the car couldn't be driven once it was returned. They also said that they replaced the hood latch. This could not have been possible since the Mercedes repair shop, which is where I had to have it towed afterwards, said that it was never replaced. When we saw what they were charging the liable party's insurance, it was a bill that totaled over $26,000. They removed and replaced virtually every single part, and returned it in unusable condition. Furthermore, in addition to the car being undriveable, there were other, less major things wrong with the car. The buttons to move my seat didn't work, my gas tank cap was no longer fastened, the pocket next to the car seat was extended, the lights in my vanity mirror wouldn't turn on. These were all things that shouldn't have been affected by my car crash since I was simply rear-ended. They unethically jacked up the bill, "fixed" things that didn't need fixing, and kept running up their labor hours. Throughout this entire process, they would give me wrong information that made this experience even more stressful. For example, they called to tell me I had to pay my deductible. This was not true since my deductible was waived and my insurance reps had told them that multiple times. They had the car rental place call me asking for money multiple times when they had been told by my insurance over & over again that the car rental should not be charged to me. I have never encountered such incompetence and unethical behavior from a business in my life. I wish somebody had told me to stay away before my car was given to them. Their behavior was so egregious that AAA is now conducting an audit into their business. read more

I have an Audi 2018 sports car with special matador red paint. Someone was driving so fast it destroyed the drivers side from the front window to the front of the car. I thought it was totaled. AAA recommended this shop. I picked it up yesterday. It looked like it just came out of the dealers window. My special Paint matched perfectly I had no idea where the new and original paint began. You cannot tell it has been in an accident. They even offered to drop off a rental car if I needed one. The first day, I called to ask Edgar when my car was going to be completed. We had a GREAT experience with Collision repair. Our van had significant damage on the back right-side bumper and side involving many parts. CCR communicated with us at every step along the way letting us know the specific information, and why there would be a delay in our van being ready. I really like how Enterprise rental is a part of the process to make the process easier in getting a rental car, and CCR called Enterprise to extend out rental too. So I received my car (kind of) on-time yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised by how much they had done for me. They attempted to fix an unrelated issue, also replaced the other side of the bumper for me, and cleaned the inside and outside of my car (in addition to a wax!). Although I was frustrated by the miscommunication as stated in my previous review, I was pretty astounded by the care that they took with regards to my car. I was referred to here by AAA and was really glad I chose those this shop. I was a bit more pro-active and called the shop maybe every other day to check the status, and Edgar was very detailed and professional to what the plans were for my repair. There was an issue that came up with my my TPM sensor coming on after installing a new rim (things happen), and they brought it into the dealership the next day. They were able to get it done at the dealership, detailed IMMACULATELY, and delivered back to my house. Oh, and they picked my car up from my house and delivered it back! Kevin is awesome too! I was recommended this place by Triple AAA after getting into a car accident and I was very very pleased with the service I received. They delivered my rental car to my front door, traded it out with my car to get fixed, and continued to update me on the progress of the repairs whether I called them or they called me. Once it was finished, they delivered my car to my front door and switched it out with the rental car. EASY. Not to mention, worked around MY schedule for the pick up AND drop off. I went with Concierge Collision Repair, which is a AAA Approved Auto Repair Shop because it was local and has pretty good reviews. So here is another pretty good review. In less than 30 minutes after talking with my AAA agent, Vanessa from Concierge Collision Repair called to coordinate having my car either dropped off or picked up, as well as setting up my Enterprise rental car. Once I got to the shop, Edgar was able to do the vehicle walk-through and provide information and next steps moving forward with the repairs. After, Vanessa had a few rental options ready for me to choose and walked me to the car. Due to this happening over the holidays, it took about 3 weeks for my car to be completed. Carlos oversaw the repairs to my cars - yes, I was in accidents in two of my cars in two weeks - and he also made sure I was able to drive away in rentals cars both times. Recently some dweeb stole the tailgate off of my 2007 Toyota Tacoma truck. I took it to Concierge to have it replaced. A big problem with the 2007 Tacoma is no satisfactory tailgate locking mechanism exists. I explained this issue to Edgar, my service rep there and he said "Somehow, we'll make it work for you." They did! The new tailgate was beautifully painted, a new locking handle installed, as well as a new rear bumper. They detailed the truck both outside and inside and it looks brand new! They worked all of the estimating, payments, car rental, etc in the background with State Farm. I never had to get involved. The staff here was very friendly and were able to talk me through all the repairs that had to be done to the car. Worst place ever! Don't let AAA recommend this place to you nor should you ever bring your car to get fixed here. They will lie to you and keep your car in the shop just sitting there for weeks with no progress at all. I was also promised a refund and they told me they were gonna mail me a check and never did I receive that. They had a different yelp account with so many negative comments so now they've made this new account with only ONE review. I regret it so much and if only I would've known before hand, I would've avoided that stressful situation. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. After more than a month, I was impressed with the work and Carlos informed me of the status of my car.
